Despite being up to date with my service charge payments Wai Lee from Martyn Gerrard sent me an email threatening legal action because he said I was in arrears I also considered it rather rudely worded Luckily I was able to deal with Paula Marmaduke who was very efficient in dealing with their error

They don t listen to your brief and their tone is rude Constant spamming with properties outside the criteria and then they send you one thing that fits only to tell you very rudely that they don t consider you as a serious buyer Raj is particularly awful It s fine to say x and y stage might take you a few months so we ll find some sellers for that timeline but this particular property owner needs to sell faster - but not just dismiss you out of hand with I ll call you back in six months Will not be using them

Horrible experience having to deal with this company Their contractors for one of their buildings have damaged our property and after originally saying they ll look into it they ve ignored me since It s been 2 weeks since the damage occurred and there s been no progress Unscrupulous company - avoid

I wouldn t bother the tenancy management is very poor No secure letter boxes dangerous fire risk materials left all over the communal areas of the block etc etc etc

I d give them a zero if I could because they do nothing As managing agents of a residential block where I am a leaseholder they re not even doing the minimum towards the upkeep of the building Complaints about their negligence from the people who live there the neighbours the local council all fall on deaf ears Professional ghosts

Terrible lettings and management service Lack of communication no one knowing who manages your property so you end up dealing with the tenants and sorting out their problems MG are very quick to take your money but do not provide the service they charge for I would not recommend using them for your property

Terrible Experience with Martyn Gerrard and Five Corners Builders and Our experience with Five Corners Builders and Martyn Gerrard was nothing short of a nightmare From the beginning there was a severe lack of transparency and communication We were left in the dark about critical legal issues which only came to light at the eleventh hour right before we were about to exchange contracts The work on Melrose Mews was shoddy and substandard To our horror we discovered glaring legal problems such as a restrictive covenant and the main building not being connected to the council s drainage infrastructure This revelation was devastating and caused us immense stress financial loss and wasted time We feel deeply let down and betrayed by the lack of honesty and professionalism We strongly urge others to stay away from Five Corners Builders and Martyn Gerrard to avoid the heartache and frustration we endured

Property management Services Appalling They have been managing my property since August but since my property manager Paul left there has been very little to no communication I have left messages requesting a call back emailed them and even submitted a formal complaint We pay them to fully manage our property yet I haven t received any satisfactory communication since December regarding the ongoing issues with my property and tenants
