We came to Martyn Gerrard Southgate after a terrible experience with a previous agent Bairstow Eves The difference was like night and day Martyn Gerrard were professional and attempted to sort out our problems many of which were caused by the previous agent They managed to find buyers almost from the moment our house was put on the market Very happy with the experience

Very efficient and reliable estate agent I had a couple problems with heating and washing machine upon moving in that were sorted and allowed us to have a nice start to the cold winter

We have rented our apartment through MG for almost 7 years We have given them the responsibility to deal with both the management and letting and during this period we ve had one change of tenant Their service has been excellent throughout and have promptly dealt with issues and kept us informed I have complete confidence in them

Professional reliable and helpful

I was left in a horrendous situation by another agency who botched things so badly that I was left without a home to move into on my scheduled moving day with no notice whatsoever Daniel at Martyn Gerrard expertly jumped in to help and managed to pull off a small miracle and get me into the perfect place very quickly where I am now very happy He was professional efficient and really helped me out in a highly stressful situation Can t thank him enough and would recommend him to anyone
