I ordered some things on line and they arrived quickly most of the items were as seen on their web page one item however was very creased and looked like there was a faded part I returned this item to the store and a very nice member of staff changed it for me

Good price good range of clothing and home items easy to get parked like that you can still try on before buying but also like the that you can order online to be delivered or do click and collect

I am disappointed with the bikinis on line It is difficult to order a matching set as not enough of popular sizes resulting in odd bikinis This happened last year When they appear on line most sizes are unavailable

Everything went well from the order to th pick up My only criticism would be the confusion when picking up the order You are confronted by some self service tills staffed checkouts Not sure where to go for click and collect

Whilst I still prefer to shop in store I do occasionally buy online as most things I need are readily available Orders arrive on time and sometimes earlier than expected I ve never had a problem with Matalan and have been a customer for many many years If I have to return an item the process is very easy staff in my local Wakefield store are always friendly and helpful I hope to continue being a satisfied customer

Returns

For older people like me your returns service seems a bit complicated for someone with no transport to get to a store or a parcel shop and no printer I wanted to return some trousers but in the end decided to write them off as I couldn t find a way and your helpline could not offer any alternative On a positive note I find your online shopping site very enjoyable and easy to use I shall certainly continue to shop at Matalan

Staff friendly and available to assist Annoying though that they are always very keen to assist using the self scan even when not very busy Should just serve at the till as point of principle I try very hard not to use self service as ultimately it costs jobs

Ordered 3 pairs of jeans using click and collect Very easy Goods arrived on very good time Didn t like one pair so returned them to store Professional assistant in store Refund came through following day Whole process very straightforward and would use again
