dont recommend anyone to purchase from this store first time buying with this store and will be last time place order on 15 may and now its 25 may still no update of shipping no response from them bought around 500 usd of parts and on their site its say available but i guess they take ages to process if i read the reviews before purchase i would have look elsewhere those guys dont even really care for customer service if you want no stress and peace of mind buy elsewhere i ask them to cancel the order till now no reponse

Useless coming up to the expected delivery day I hadn t heard anything after more than two weeks from making an USD683 00 order I contacted Mega Zip and in fairness received a quick reply to tell me that 10 items out of 13 were no longer available Now waiting for the template reply which I wish I d seen earlier in similar reviews due to Mega Zip only revealing the ones they want in real time on their webpage Complete waste of time

Hello everyone unfortunately I have a negative experience since I ordered the oil pump and gaskets At first they wrote to me that I needed to wait two weeks then I still needed to wait As a result after two months they sent me a parcel containing only a gasket worth 2 and they never sent the oil pump When I asked for my money back they offered me a 15 discount Shipping to my country costs 25 and a spare part is 25 In the end I received a spare part worth 2 for 50 I do not recommend this store since they still haven t contacted me and haven t solved this problem although I wrote to them more than once I was deceived

Megazip is playing with my time and needs they lie all the time A part was in back ordered then I received a message At 18th of Jan from Diana of Megezip and she offered me 3 options case 1 Delete the back ordered item from the order 2 Ship the back ordered item in a separate package but the shipping of this package will require additional payment 3 Wait for the back ordered part and ship all parts together I told her i will go with the 2 option I received a message on 2th of Feb from Diana Dear Sandra According to the information from the warehouse all remaining parts arrived today Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days we will let you know the tracking number Today is 12th of Feb and the back ordered part were sent out but the rest of parts are still in process they lie all the time and they dont respect our time and needs I dont know what to do and my car is lifted from 25th december at the repair shop so I bought this order parts on 29th of December 2023 I will have to go to my local bank and claim my money back so much time wasted back anf forth messages for nothing Please I need a true asnwer

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent order experience with MegaZip On January 12 2024 I placed an order for a part with the expectation as per the estimated delivery date provided that I would receive it between January 26 and February 7 However as of February 23 I have yet to receive my order Upon checking the tracking information provided it indicates that my order has been delivered to the post office However upon visiting the post office and inquiring about my order there is no record of its arrival or existence This has left me feeling incredibly frustrated and dissatisfied with the service provided by MegaZip It is disappointing to have invested both time and money into an order only to be left without the item and without any clear resolution It feels as though my money has been taken without any intention of fulfilling the order resulting in wasted time and resources on my end I urge MegaZip to investigate this matter promptly and provide me with a satisfactory resolution At this point I would appreciate either a prompt delivery of the ordered item or a full refund of my payment I hope that MegaZip takes this feedback seriously and works to improve its processes to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future

Order number 661675- 1Absolutely useless customer service keeps on blaming the suppliers for stock that they say is in stock but turns out it is discontinued had to accept the rest of the order as it is things that I need but I will not be ordering anything from them again I wouldn t recommend this company to anyone And the shipping costs are way too high Delivery is supposed to be here today 16 1 24 still in process Received my items today 22 1 24 as described fed ex were on the mark as usual Still not going to megazip net Apologies aside their customer service and the company in general just don t seem to care

This company has a pattern of disreputable business practices including - Taking payment at a quoted price and then claiming the price of shipping is considerably more expensive often over double - Wildly misrepresenting shipping and handling times- Extremely poor customer service - Claiming to have shipped items that never arrived or were not included in packed shipment and providing no support or replacement My advice would be to use one of the other reputable suppliers

Really bad experience ordering with this company next time i prefer pay a little more to get my parts asap than buy with this company again I ordered some parts 28th December 2023 due to holidays i can understand they are busy than normal but has passed out a month and my order still in processing I get in touched with customer services and they lie to me telling me that they going send the rest of parts but it wasnt still waiting and wasting my time my car is lifted more than a month waiting these people they treating us like a clown lying to us and do apologize without do none

Extremely terrible experience The website lost 300usd worth of parts for me and they offered zero help
