Am well aware of how MegaZip and others similar works Order placed and then they need to verify stock and timing Once parts are in their warehouse then they can ship I m fine with that For this order they actually didn t respond to my questions for 7-10 days which added about two weeks until my order was shipped

Takes too long to actually ship the items I was desperate for the parts as I could not find them anywhere at a reasonable price It took megazip 4 days to hand them to the courier Also quoted for shipping on the website then sent an email telling me I had to pay double or they would use a slower service which I refused and the parts still came via the original courier

I bought parts for my bike from japan zip branch after 2 weeks waiting they said it s not available so i have to buy it from USA and have to buy more and waited for almost 2 months so this is my last time to use this site but for the record customers service was very good and they respond fast

Parts appear genuine U K buyers beware VAT isn t charged at source and you are liable for import duty and handling fees I thought VAT was added at source which is the case for purchases from other websites such as AliExpress BUT this is not the case with MegaZip I realised this when my parts were held in customs pending payment of VAT and handling fees Once these costs were added to the original purchase price these parts were probably the most expensive out there

Shipping was sketchy They didn t know they were sold out so I had to try again from another country In the end they made it right It just took a while

I placed an order on may 7th Haven t heard anything back from megazip No communication from them yet I Should have bought the parts on ebay instead because they are not hard to find parts Update parts arrived about 2 weeks late Toyota brand parts I would only do business with Megazip if it were a last resort Because they are not good at keeping their word and they seem to be selling stuff they don t actually have

Order has been processed fast but the shipping got stuck for over a week at the point before leaving the country of origin So it didn t arrived in 1 week But the part was packed well and 2 days after it left the country it was delivered to me

The site is great the products arrive but the time frame is very poor First order was 4 weeks Second order used DHL and it was very fast I tired ordering EMS and DHL options and the EMS is still not shipped and the DHL has arrived So the DHL is here after less than two weeks and it close to four and other shipment has not departed Japan Really bad customer support around timing and delivery

I placed an order yesterday night today in the morning come to check and I realize the item is considered obsolete by manufacturer no longer available but I was able to purchase yesterday Plus they never mentioned 25 days of handling prior to shipping until the order was already placed Now I m trying to cancel the all order 3items total and get my money back without any positive response UPDATE I got a reply here on Trustpilot that my order will be cancelled and money refunded I ll let y all know how this goes and if everything goes ok will update the review as well Fingers crossed Refund was processed and received on business days seems like their customer service is located in Asia Heal for the outcome

Mixed feelings On price 5 stars Communication processing 1 star It was not until I paid for order the system informed me it could take 2 to 7 business days to process then 2 to 6 days to ship so order on Dec 11 would arrive Dec 20 to 28 Also system stated I would receive email with tracking ID when product shipped Dec 19 8 business days nothing needed car so I ordered remanufactured part Dec 21 part from Megazip arrived Hours after part arrived I received email reporting part had shipped and provided tracking ID Had the email been sent timely I would have known the part would soon arrive and I wouldn t have been desperate to order the remanufactured part Unless I have a lot of time to receive parts probably will not use Megazip again Responding to Megazip comments so readers are clear on how Megazip operates the purchase process clearly informs a buyer in the cart of the various shipping methods and timeframes and the buyer must select the timeframe and price For my order I could select options of 2 to 6 business days to 10 to 20 business days Oddly enough the 2 to 6 business days is the cheapest and what I selected With an order placed on Dec 11 2 to 6 shipping business days would have been delivery no later than Dec 18 and by Megazip comment my order was delivered on Dec 22 which is 4 business days past Dec 18 The information Megazip hides and the buyer only finds out about after they make payment and receive their confirmation email is Megazip will take 2 to 7 business days to process the order this information is never presented to the buyer before finalizing of purchase from the cart I was shocked when I received my confirmation email which outlined the product would take 2 to 7 business days to process a long with the already known 2 to 6 business days to ship with the order arriving between Dec 20 and 28 That being written the biggest of the issues is I was instructed via order confirmation email that I would receive an email with tracking ID when my order shipped I checked my order via Megazip site each day and my order never changed from processing to shipped At the end of the 8th business day Dec 19 I gave up and purchased created a back up plan to get my car running My order arrived on Dec 22 and I received from Megazip the shipping email with tracking ID hours after FedEx delivered the order to me On Dec 11 had anywhere in my cart the site informed me of the 2 to 7 business day of processing on top of the 2 to 6 shipping days and delivery between Dec 20 and 28 I would not have used Megazip If you need a part at a good price and have no time restrictions I would recommend Megazip but if you can t wait up to 14 business days for a part go somewhere else
