I must have looked at the parts diagram incorrectly because I was expecting a large fuel line and got a small one so I will not be using this and it is not worth the expense to return it

so far so bad This is my 1st order from Megazip Ordered placed paid and confirmed after 15 WORKING days they just sent an email saying that items except 1 aren t available till the end of May maybe not and if i want to proceed with this 1 item and when the rest arrive to pay AGAIN the shipping cost for the rest Unfortunately i can t get my money back

Communication is very poor with this company I ordered a vehicle part and I ve sent 3 emails to get an invoice but no one has answered up to date The shipping to Miami was done speedily but now I need an invoice to send to shipping company but no response

You are not protecting your customer

I bought a product from you for 365 Yes it arrived on time but I paid 430 tax at Turkish Customs You are an international company You need to inform and warn about customs clearance before you pay I used to trust Japon tools and companies a lot This incident made me very sad In addition when I wanted to return the product I bought Fedex said that I had to pay a penalty of 145 and I had to pay the shipping fee As a serious company you need to warn and protect your customer The customer has no knowledge of customs clearance and returns

Ordered a Toyota part which was listed on the website as ex-stock in UAE warehouse before order ask to reconfirm despite that after 10 days of the payment and repeatedly follow-up finally they send a regret email If the product was not in stock they shouldn t have asked to make the payment Unnecessary wasted all time and efforts Anyway only good that has happens is the refund was processed

I paid extra for expedited shipping

I paid extra for expedited shipping which in itself worked out fine but waiting for a week for my item to be picked and posted is crap You take my money immediately but I had to wait for nearly two weeks for something I needed in a week is below my expectations
