Good item slow processing

The item was exactly as ordered and works as expected My issue and the reason for only 3 stars is shipping The item took almost 2 calendar weeks to be shipped This is before it left their facility The site said 3-5 business days Once it was on the way it didn t take any longer than expected

Very long shipping but mostly happy

Very long shipping On 2 order of 4 item each 8 parts they told me that two of the 8 part were discontinued after I buy it I was supposed to get my first order in between the 28 of April and the 4 of May but on April 28 they told me that one part that I buy was discontinued and after that my order was supposed to be delivered in between the 13 may and the 24 may so I still don t have my part after 1 month but they always answer my question and they are pretty friendly that s why I put them star

Almost perfect

Part was good I have two problems though - I was not told beforehand that the cheap shipping option is not available because of the coronavirus which forced me to use the more expensive option - The staff were helpful however they couldn t verify the part visually but only by part number and VIN

Overall a Satisfactory Experience

Part was OEM There were some delays in receiving due to international shipments and customs The only minor setback was calling customer service and being completely out of sync with operating hours Also when I was able to get through and speak with someone communications was a minor issue due to language spoken

Hello the service works fine We placed two orders one arrived very well by Federal Express the other did not arrive and we want to suspend him since times are up Please understand our situation and you can suspend the shipment Or 393099-2 and return the amount paidotherwise the system and the service you offer is good

I have ordered a few times and find that you ship fast and accurate parts Customer service is good However parts are incredibly expensive I have found that parts cost less from the Kawasaki dealer here in Canada Lower prices and you will find that customers will keep their old machines longer Price difference and freight cost between your US and Japanese warehouses is annoying Ship from one place only Last time you listed parts that are no longer available Raul Stockmann

Confusion due to multiple source countries

There was some confusion due to the ordered parts coming from more than one destination I ultimately had to settle for a compromise I use Aramex so was able to provide an address in each source country but the Megazip agent would only send to a single address mostly because they didn t really understand what I was explaining

The mistake was probably mine

1st of all I received the wrong item but I think the mistake was from my part the IOM number was so close the other thing I ve noticed from tracking that the item has arrived but it took many days maybe 6 to get the notification form the post office I don t know whether this was from your part or the shipping company other than that everything was fine

I ordered a gasket that was supposed to

I ordered a gasket that was supposed to be here in only a few days came to find out after a cpl weeks it was not shipped to my on file address after several attempts to correct the issue my order was finally shipped I hope to my correct address as I discovered they had some how messed that up also

Disappointing

Very disappointing It s been over two weeks since I made the order and the package didn t even leave their warehouse although they obligated to 5-7 working days My vehicle is stuck in the garage until the parts arrive They don t even answer my masseges Last time I order from them Update - Megazip contacted me apologized for the delay refunded me about 10 of the order and shipped the order immediately I appreciate them for thanking responsibility for the mistake
