Technical support not helpful returns to Russia difficult expensive

Technical support not very helpful when asked for help distinguishing between 6 part variants with exactly the same drawn diagram for each Meant I had to order all six and return 5 They re not happy for any returns and make it very difficult costly to return to Russia Think twice

I WAS TOLD THE SHIPPMENTWOULD TAKE 6 WEEKS IT TOOK 12 WEEKS THE ENGINE WAS GOOD WHEN IT ARRIVED IT WAS INSTALLED AND RAN WELL FOR 15HRS THE CAM TENSIONER BROKE AND DESTROYED THE HEAD IT APPEARS THE TENSIONER WAS OLD I MADE MEGA AWARE OF THE ISUUE AND RECIVED NO FEEDBACK OR REPLY AT ALL I HAD TO PUT ANOTHER HEAD ON THE ENGINE AT MY COST THE OVERALL TIME DELAYS WITH THE FREIGHT AND THE TENSIONER COST ME CONSIDERABLE MONEY

Great parts and packaging Contact if issues with order is poor

Packaging and time it took to get it once it shipped was great once again BUT the fact that when one item in my order was out of stock meanwhile said all in stock when I placed order I never got contacted by anyone And personally I think the 7-11 processing time is long as I run a shipping department and do international orders and it never takes that long to process and ship the orders out

I ordered the part it takes awhile to get it paid and part pulled I was under the impression that I was ordering a complete egr assembly with the valve and egr cooler that is what was in the description What I received was only the cooler no egr valve included As far as timing I knew it would be a while and I was fine with that being it s halfway across the world

Incredibly slow in processing your

Incredibly slow in processing your order even thou it was verified prior to be in stock Same experience as another user was billed a fee and later asked to have shipping fees revised I ordered on 30 Nov and today 13 Dec the item is still processing I will update promptly of my experience I have been chased by my workshop for the parts and holding them back hoping Megazip will get the parts out asap

My orders take far to long to be completed

A month ago I placed an 800 order of some much needed replacement parts for my daily rider Waiting for a month seems a bit excessive to me so I decided to request a tracking number or something to show that my stuff is on its way I was informed that my order is still being packed and will still need another week to be shipped It been a whole Month and they still need another week

Do NOT trust their misleading shipping prices

After several orders I found that the shipping prices quoted on their Website mean NOTHING You can guarantee they will ask for extra shipping prices without hesitation Not just a few USD but over 100 in every order We are talking 2-3 kilos I also tried the same orders through UAE and Thailand and they come back for more shipping costs What is the use of having shipping quotes on their Website when they are always WRONG They know the problem and they won t fix it It s a SCAM

Overall unhappy with MegaZip

Overall unhappy with MegaZip after my 4th order with them Their handling and shipping time estimates should be taken with a large pinch of salt Do NOT waste your money paying extra for faster delivery as it makes no difference whatsoever The only reason I continue to use MegaZip is because the waiting time for motorcycle parts from Honda Australia is a total disgrace

original parts but very bad timing and shipping i tried 2 orders one received after 10 days and the other one i still waiting since 20 days even it will be domestic shipping i think suppliers lies about stock availability and customer service are not helpful at all

Nothing wrong with the item BUT

Nothing wrong with the item BUT for its size and weight for God sake the postage its tremendous
