This company is very dishonest in their dealings with the customers I opened a new account with then in early January they had a promotion going at the time if you BYOD activate online and after 3 months of service you get a 200 Virtual MasterCard Well imagine my shock when after completing all the requirements I didn t get any info telling me how to go about getting my virtual card I call customer care who looked into it and said that yes I was eligible so they gave me a number to call the rebate department who then proceed to say I wasn t eligible because I called customer care for help and I shouldn t have Say what now Why advertise a promotion then do everything possible to not have to keep up your end after the customer has fulfilled all requirements Terrible business practices

All of my contacts have disappeared
All of my contacts have disappeared when i can finally rembr their phone number or text thats when i get choices on my screen only from the call logs can i view edit my contacts info when i rembr more of their contact info in addition my phone number comes up blocked when i call text people I ve NEVER blocked any of my phone numbers in the past I ve got no reason 2 start blocking my phone number metro pcs doest require that i have wifi yet u do my texts have been set 2 multi message media y i try going into settings 2 change things when i save my changes u go right back in behind me put it back 2 ur useless garbage uve given me a multi lingual typewriter every time i turn around u wont give me access 2 change it then i find it change it then u go right back in reset my phone 2 ur garbage ur garbage hasnt completely ruined metro pcs bcuz im sure that they still have their GR8 products unless u destroyed them also Did u know that in this country itz illegal 2 take over a company itz called a corporate take over what u did to METRO PCS violated the SECURITY EXCHANGE COMMISSION LAWS U ALSO VIOLATED THE FAIR TRADE COMMISSION LAWS BY ENGAGING IN UNFAIR DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES TMOBILE IS IN HUGE TROUBLE W THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT

Agents Supervisors Need Much Better Training
As an existing Metro customer Dec 22 I decided to take advantage of their One month free Home Internet promo Upon activation I was immediately charged an 11 pro-rated Home Internet fee for the first month I waited 6 days Dec 28-Jan 27 for my regular bill-cycle to see if my free month would be applied but sure enough I was billed 55 for Home Internet I then called 6 times and spoke to 6 Agents and 2 Supervisors who ultimately told me that I received my free month because you don t have to pay until Jan 27 That s your February bill I was flabbergasted at their lack of their own billing practices and to be honest their stupidity After getting tired of hearing that I somehow received a free month of Home Internet within 8 days of activating service on Dec 28 I CANCELLED my Metro Home Internet and will migrate my cell-service to another carrier Note I have had payment issues with Metro before and this is why I never click their auto-pay feature Important Note One Agent was very disrespectful and when I told her that we were done talking I ll just wait for the survey she disconnected the call

Literally the WORST service EVER
Literally the WORST service EVER I have NEVER been this unhappy with a service provider I have called 611 5times today and nothing is resolved It is like they have ZERO CLUE what they are doing I lady laughed the whole time too I am beyond frustrated I have HATED Metro since day 1 Male customer service reps are huge pervs too

My name is Darline Metellus again My second phone number from T mobile 4244039855 and my third number from metro by t mobile for my daughter but for my daughter safety I m not going to give the number online Since last year someone using agent from Philippines from South Africa from Texas and South Carolina North Carolina Maryland and Fort Meyers New Jersey and Atlanta to get access on my account And I don t know those locations And when we call they never send us to the right agent and someone make sure they have my record they hear everything I say We been complaining nothing done and my T mobile is named after someone called Ramirez Vasquez I don t know this guy name and who this guy is for couple months they put his name on my caller ID I got those phone for my privacy cause my injury When I call sedwick insurance for my injury they send me to united health care It s like you know I don t know what s going on this is my phone I pay for it no government pay nothing for me Because those thing keep going on I think some human trafficking going on in there and someone is tracking me for my injury I got on the job My job is Maple point senior living Atria tangle wood Sunrise senior living east meadow and I got 4 crazy surgeries and I still cannot stand on my feet people stealing from me unlawfully stealing from me unlawfully now it s not enough for them I cmat use my own dumb phone Thank you I don t have a problem with the company but someone have a problem with the company when they do that to the customer I just wanna enjoy my phone I work for nursing room I never was in the nursing room and I do pharmacy tech

You can t sue them and you agree not to file a class action lawsuits and based on the comments too many people complaining It s in the contract All you can do is file complaints with the fcc That s a joke but only solution After reading the terms and conditions Metro has outsource customer service to south east Asia I never really had a problem with them until recently when I needed to change my phone Usually I buy my own phone but this time I went into the store What they don t tell you is that MetroPCS has hired third party vendors It s a repeat of TMobile which owns Metro This is happening all over the states where these companies are ripping customers off and all we do is complain on sites such as these Instead file a complaint with the fcc

Awful and Expensive
Just as bad as Assurance Wireless in performance and customer service but way more expensive After three days pretty much with out service I went to Cricket T-Mobile SUCKS
