I signed a contract for 1 year

I signed a contract for 1 year the first 6 months 25 and 45 for the rest of 6 starting from the 7th month The first month they deducted an amount of 25 and starting from the 2nd month an amount of 33 was deducted and so fo the rest of 4 months nothing from what they committed I also signd a contract for a sim telephone card for my son s smart watch for an amount of 5 per month sadly the card didn t work and this was reported many times to the by phone and personal visits to their shop dealers but the problem was solved after 4 months and besides the deducted amount from our bank for this subscription went to 15 monthly instead of 5 No good service no commitment delivered and we felt terribly scammed in all means Very bad experience indeed Now it is no more T-mobile but Odido instead and still the internet service at home is poor and gets disconnected all the time

Remove the manager of T-mobile

I don t see any use for the T-mobile store in the Westfield Oakridge Mall The manager of the store - Eduardo has no powers and they don t honor anything that the T-mobile app online offers All the sales folks have parroted only eligible if you upgrade your plans to 5gGoplus plan There was a time when they d invite and go the distance to retain customer satisfaction but now with their domination in the market all of them display arrogance - the manager in particular Is there a way to notify T-mobile upper management to reconsider either removing the manager or empowering the stores to honor online offer or remove the store completely

I would have given them negative stars if that were available

We used T-Mobile from spring of 2019 till September of 2023 Initially it was okay but service got worse and worse until from inside my own house calls would not go through or would get dropped Sometimes I would have to go outside just to get a signal We live in a prosperous city with lots of people but in a neighborhood that contains only one and two story buildings Finally I had to change carriers T-Mobile made that move as difficult as possible Good luck getting around all the robot obstacles getting to talk to a human being Then if you are lucky enough to talk to a real person good luck finding one who is an American who you can understand Right now I m getting what appears to be a bill but we actually have a credit balance On the same paper that shows a credit balance it also says the balance will be used towards my next bill This company is so screwed up I will be surprised if they are still in business by the end of 2024 I will use just one date of experience but understand there were many calls and hours wasted on hold trying to accomplish firing them

GARBAGE GARBAGE GARBAGE DONT GET T-Mobile Home Internet

The app is REQUIRED for managing the gateway it s a piece of GARBAGE CANNOT access devices tab app crashes T-Mobile REFUSES to update to fix problem Been crashing since last update 9-21-23 Calling cust support is useless as they can t fix it says it s the developer s responsibility ATTENTION T-Mobile according to the app details in both Google and Apple app stores YOU ARE THE DEVELOPER FIX YOU SCREWUP Verizon Home Internet is looking real good

Very bad experience

Very bad experience Our modem showing red light for past 2 weeks and internet is not working They sent Guidion technician to check but he also was unable to resolve the problem Now we have to wait for four more days to get another appointment This is so frustrating Tmobile should have resolved this issue within 3-5 days max but now it s getting due for a month

Extremely bad customer service

Extremely bad customer service Ordered internet through T-Mobile but they did not coordinate anything I had to make sure to be connected myself it has been more than 5 months and still not connected T-Mobile customer service has been very unhelpful not taking any responsibility I wish we had the option to get Ziggo as soon as that will be available we will switch

Awful company to deal with

Awful company to deal with 1st appointment The mechanic who installed the fiber smelled of alcohol and was acting strange Problem with switching over so no WIFI 2nd Appoinment Outside of house but didn t tell us we didn t need to be home for 5 hrs They found an underground issue Phone call Apparently now the problem has moved inside the house 3rd Appointment Cancelled 2 days before due to no mechanic illness Do they only have one mechanic 4th Appointment No show no phone call 5th Appointment No show no phone call 6th Appointment Scheduled in 2 days 3 weeks with no wifi think we ll just cancel now and go with another provider because T-mobile are totally incompetent

No internet for 2 weeks

I m a new T-Mobile customer 13 days ago my Internet suddenly stopped working I was scheduled a service engineer to check it at my house although the issue clearly wasn t from my side This took 9 days Two weeks later I still don t have Internet and no estimate when it s going to be fixed I ve been an Internet subscriber for 20 years and this has never happened to me Stay away from this company

VERY shady phone call of Sales Rep

Sales Rep not following proper telecom guidelines when it comes to selling us a contract He confirmed that we could end the contract on a monthly basis after 12 months but he just then send us the 36 months contract and when asking him about this his answer was yeah don t worry that is just a price garantuee so your price won t go up after 12 months Found it a very shady conversation and overpromising of a lot Saying glasvezel will be available in a month Now after talking to a different colleague it appears this won t be available anytime soon as they are still waiting on contract being signed off What a terrible company Will never subscribe with T-Mobile every again Cancelled the membership now of course in the first 14 days

They offer a service without support

They offer a service without support I tried to get T-Mobile Internet and was told there was no optic fiber option Fine so I took the DSL option instead Apparently you can not connect via coax cables only via ISRA So I call them to ask if they can install an ISRA point Nope they do this via KPN on your own charges and in my case I would need to do this via the apartment rental service If you re an internet provider you should be required to offer at least basic utilities to people Even their own support line did not try to help and suggested I look elsewhere
