One star is already too much for this

One star is already too much for this company Worst service I have ever got 2 weeks AND COUNTING without internet and tv and absolutely no solution provided Customer service doesn t take the situation seriously and all we got is them throwing the ball to KPN so not their problem but ours I thought it was better to have our phones and internet and tv at home with one company but it s the worst mistake

What a customer service Incompetent and trolling

What a customer service Absolute joke It s very difficult to reach them during the past week My call was hang up several times after they picked up Also few times agents pretended they cannot hear me You can tell if you re being trolled Very poor service Then after several calls I can get hold of someone who surprise surprise does hear me She helps to arrange me a technician for the next day because I have not had internet over a week and all they tell me is to wait Fast-forward the next day the technician does not show up I have to wait Saturday morning from 8 am to 12 for the technician T-mobile shifts the blame to another company called Guidion who I then have to call the other company tell me I was never booked an appointment They can offer me another appointment for Friday in one week Seriously You can faster and better get a ziggo internet than to deal with this absolute mess from T mobile

Terrible clientservice

Terrible clientservice After the extension of my mobile connection I ended up paying exactly the same amount as before It should have been much less according to my contract They don t bother explaining what is the reason for this difference Good luck finding someone to answer your questions

Don t bother They delete your recorded shows

I received an email earlier today I m getting an update to my TV service but the so-called update doesn t offer me any improvements and it will delete all the TV show recordings I made locally over the past 5 years Apparently T-Mobile doesn t appreciate me as a customer There is no point in recording a show if it s not stored on the device permanently All they had to do was backup your data and not let you know they re going to delete it in 1 week time without any recourse aka give people time to take action Instead they took the easy and cheap way out I will go elsewhere as soon as I ve found a suitable replacement which is apparently more complex than it needs to be because no one offers the features of a VHS DVD or DVR recorder anymore just record a show and retain the data until the drive breaks

T-mobile TV NL freezes despite internet speed test saying my internet is fast

Another hour spent this evening with the TV repeating the same scene until I turn it off My experience has gone from bad to worse I pay for 1000mbps and I get up download speeds of 7-15mbps That s not all T-mobile s fault the person I bought my apartment from decided not to mention the thick walls that I could have circumvented by opting for Ziggo and co-axial cable More and wifi relays later and I was getting 30mbps up and down That s thirty times less than I should be but bearable Now since May 2023 the speed has dropped by half again or more I have to put up with it for another 6 months then I m changing

I make 6 weeks before I need start abonament - 2 5 week after the promise date starts provide internet Now I lost internet connection and I must wait almost one week for possibility to make appointment with technical department because big office in T-Mobile must give me permission for this this company is one BIG joke not funnydon t recommended

Discrimination from T-Mobile they want only Duch people clients It s not an option to make an abonament without a Dutch ID Or a privilege documents Please people find a good lawyer and make some money from this company They deserve to pay for this absolutely discrimination treatment

30 Mbps Download Speed for 100 Mbps Connection

I have 100 Mbps VDSL connection for past few years Around one month ago the download speed has dropped below 30 Mbps When I contacted customer care they said my DSL cable is getting old and the max speed at your location is 29M 30M and the speed shown at your address which is 80M 30M is the cable speed My question is how come the DSL cable suddenly got old and if they knew why the hell I was not informed And why it still shows 100 Mbps connection in subscription and why T-mobile bills for the same Also customer care guy said they are switching to fiber Honestly I tried to order fiber two times with T-mobile and the experience has been terrible I am switching over and will never come back to T-mobile

I wish I had a look at other reviews MIserable service as it can I purchased T-mobile thuis home internet in May Because of the failure in their system they could not make an appointment for the installation in May Fine because I leave for vacation 1 the whole month of June made an appointment on the 1st of July TWO fu months in advance Yesterday they canceled my appointment by email not calling me and offered to call back myself Calling them back and they say we don t know why the contractor canceled the appointment in July call him and find out yourself What am I paying for then

One month without service 3 no shows from technicians

Now over one month without the service from T-Mobile NL that I am paying for It has been now 3 times that T-mobile Gideon has failed to show up on the appointed time by T-mobile With every no show appointment I need to spend at least another hour on the phone trying to fix the next appointment Now T-mobile is telling me I have to wait around 3-4 days for an email to be able to set my 4th appointment How incredible is this
