Quality unit and great looks The temperature is however only high enough on the highest flow rate and so makes the low or economical flow setting unusable Shame really as would have liked to have been able apply the various settings

The plumber bought this item for me and

The plumber bought this item for me and fitted it and it works well I would have liked a Thermostatic model and that is the one I had before but this man fitted it before I got home cannot do any thing However this works OK now that I have got used to it

Good Service

Just replaced my Mira shower with a new one Mira Decor Too early to comment on the new one except everything works just fine The old one was 11 years old and still working well when it was removed for a bathroom re-fit The one before that lasted 20 years before giving up If the new one gives the same service I ll be more than satisfied

Just a shame about their computer systems

Replacement of 20-year-old unit went well but end cap on slide bar fell apart within weeks Used Contact Us form to request a replacement cap and was quoted a price Have to assume that their computer system isn t smart enough to match Contact Us addressses with Customer addresses as phoning in solved the problem

I love the shower

I love the shower However after a week of using it the Boost stopped working Fortunately after knocking the power off it seemed to reset Thank you

95 delighted

A great British company with a carefully engineered product and well-trained and positive employees That s why I replaced my 23 year old Mira shower with another Mira shower However my initial contact call was marred by an unacceptably high level of background noise in the sales office This made the call both embarrassing for your employee and distracting for me Almost terminated the call but glad I didn t as things improved markedly from then on

Great looking apart from the rubber plastic hoses Would have got 5 stars if they were chrome

Part Shortage but friendly engineers

Unfortunately the first visit was a little disappointing as the parts needed were not in stock on the van The second visit with Danny however was very smooth and efficient He has a lot of knowledge good advice and was very friendly The work was done quickly tested thoroughly and everything left neat and tidy

Ordered same again after 15 years continual multiple use

Old Mira Sports needed replacing after 15 years daily multiple use so ordered the same again Only thing I miss is the old design shower head which we got used to One great advantage is that it is independent of the hot water system

Great Customer Service

Bought a new showerhead that failed within weeks of purchase Contact customer services and a new one was posted out to me the same day Very happy with this level of service
