The bloke on the phone was 10 10 when the people who worked on my policy were unhelpful and very lacklustre in calling me regarding the potential cancellation in my policy

Super helpful and understanding with me having trouble with my car and it causing issues with my black box answered all my questions perfectly and were really friendly Greatly appreciated especially with me being a first time driver and not really knowing what I m doing

Had a phone call with an employee at My Policy to change the number plate on the policy to a personalised reg It was very quick and easy and the change took place with immediate effect
