Disgusting thieves

Disgusting thieves cancel policy if you don t respond to blackmail threats to purchase more mileage even though you have only used 2000 of 8000 allocated miles their policies which they use to get away with this should be illegal See all other reviews on google I m not the only one scammed

Disappointing

My 18 year old son has had his first year insurance with My Policy Despite having a black box a perfect driving record no bad scores they have refused to insure him for his 2nd year They were happy to insure him for his first year with a high premium but is very disappointing they cannot offer him a renewal quote now he has a 1 year NCD

My son cancelled his insurance after receiving emails telling him if he didn t buy more miles on his black box policy even though he d only used 1 4 of the miles they would cancel it now he can t get insurance because of these people putting a marker on him These people are scammers demanding 1500 within a week for more miles or they ll cancel hs policy DO NOT USE THESE

If I could give 1 star I would Deceptive and dismissive is the easiest way to describe this company any way of getting out of providing the service that you have purchased and dismissing all responsibility be carefull look into what you get and see if you can learn telepathic skill to ask the questions that even they don t document as I was told

Absolute joke paid 3500 for policy

Absolute joke paid 3500 for policy bought an extra 3000 miles at nearly 600 and my son gets a message saying you will it s predicted that you will use an extra 11000 at a cost of 2200 pounds and contact us as your requirements may have changed and we wil be unable to insure you The app is a joke and not even showing the updated additional miles purchased

AVOID Horrendous experience App is shockingly bad nothing but threats to cancel policy for x y and z which is awfully anxiety provoking and having to make numerous phone calls despite having done everything through the app They ask you to email then they don t update or respond to them anyway Despite us being quoted on 12000 miles they said we d been quoted on 2 000 miles if that had been the case they were charging an awful lot for 2 000 miles wanted a fortune to add additional miles and have seen other reviews saying the same 2 advisors we spoke to were very rude with one worse so than the other I genuinely would advise staying clear They waivered my cancellation fee however all in cost an absolute fortune for the very short time we were with them It then meant having to fork out another deposit etc with another company

Useless company

Useless company My son recently set up his first car insurance policy with this company He sent all information as requested however he keeps being asked for the same information over and over again He is now being threatened with having his policy cancelled Seem totally inept

Black box miss tracks

Black box miss tracks and the company marks this down on their end for a human to analyse In my case I got given threat of cancellation even after a human had analysed the supposed high risk journey which it was alleged I did 55 in a 30 where in fact I was doing 55 in a 60 Phoned it up and they sorted it This however impacts my driver score and subsequently my price for additional miles Emails are full of spelling mistakes and grammar mistakes Customer service are blunt but helpful

Terrible for young drivers charge for

Terrible for young drivers charge for everything mileage changed number plate and charged us for that Constantly emailing about adding mileage on when you ve only used 15 of your mileage use You d be better off paying more and not having all these hidden charges the worst insurance company I ve delt with

Had numerous threatening cancellation emails and calls because they want so much information about yourself and named drivers ooh and leaving messages on my parents phone lol so make sure you have everything to hand before you take out Staff were rude when I called could do with their customer service skills improving Seem to charge for absolute everything so make sure you read the small print
