Such a great call

Such a great call had such a positive outcome to my phone call was confused with my renewal and mileage allowance but my call with my policy was very worthwhile and i was settled and happy by the end of the phone call and was no longer confused about anything

Cancellation

I received an email to advise my insurance was going to be cancelled so I rang up the lady I spoke to was very helpful contacted the black box team and advised my car had been in the garage which they removed it due to doing a diagnosis of the car and wasn t fitted back in The lady assured me that this was now resolved and if this happens again to just contact the team who would make notes which is helpful if I m in this situation again Thank you and fantastic customer service

Insurance help

I was having some troubles with the app but all was sorted when I phoned up and had a lovely welcoming lady called Angela I think that s how you spell it who solved my problem within minutes

Excellent customer service

I spoke to Nathaniel this morning and I can not thank him enough for the patience and understanding he had with me on a Monday morning I will forever be grateful to you for dealing with a dippy mum of a 17yr old that s just passed her test Previous to that I spoke to a lovely lady who unfortunately I did not get her name Diolch

My son bought his policy on a Saturday

My son bought his policy on a Saturday and there was a number of glitches and issues with the app the customer service is closed over the weekend so had to wait until 9am on Monday I got straight through to a real person called Charlotte who was absolutely lovely She was really helpful in answering my questions and sorting out the problems we had I had a number of questions regarding mileage and the black box and Charlotte was knowledgeable and clear in explaining everything The policy is super expensive and you definitely need to choose the right amount of miles you will likely use as they are very strict on it especially at the beginning of the policy but I cannot fault their customer service

Excellent customer service team

The customer service team were extremely helpful with concerns I have for my son s new driver insurance I spoke with Jason who explained everything in detail in order to monitor my son s driving and put my mind at rest I would definitely recommend MyPolicy for new driver insurance

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service Inconsistent messaging and pricing policy to add secondary address Advised the car was off road due to faulty brakes and awaiting garage to order parts and they advised my 17yr old to drive it 2 miles with no brakes just to get it to the registered address Whilst off road they sent a notice of cancellation as the car hadn t been used for 7 days Still not resolved and extremely stressful for all involved Shocking experience AVOID
