Worst airport experience ever
Worst airport experience ever We arrived 2 5 hours before departure and there was no check in or bag drop Check in finally showed as opened less than 2 hours before our flight but we had to stand for over an hour in a confused crowd of hundreds of people as the three check in staff tried to first funnel through all passengers for a flight that left just 10 minutes before ours - without having separated the two flight queues or directing the two flight queues to separate desks The result was chaos queue jumping confusion and bad tempers all round including an extremely nasty check in lady screaming at passengers and insisting on measuring people s carry on handbags even as the situation around her descended into farce We waited for an hour and 20 mins before we could finally drop off our bags that were already checked in online before having to race through security and passport control we didn t even have time to go to the toilet before having to board the plane Security and gate staff were either stressed and rude or oblivious and standing around chatting instead of helping I waited for ten minutes for my bag to be randomly searched at security while the young lady who was on duty instead chatted with her friend and fixed her hair Security and gate staff were totally unaware of what passengers had been through in the check in hall - or maybe they simply didn t care I saw one staff member at passport control scolding passengers for being late the same passengers who had been stranded for hours trying to check their bags in There wasn t a manager or supervisor in sight all morning Everyone on our plane was upset furious or stressed especially those travelling with young children Other delights included no luggage trolleys in the drop off zone broken vending machines and broken lifts and escalators - we helped one single parent carry their baby s buggy down two flights of stairs because none of the lifts worked and no staff wanted to help Avoid this airport at all costs it s a horrendous experience

Worst airport I ve used Too small for the amount of flights it s takes Long queues everywhere when two flights land at the same time Staff for the most grumpy and unhelpful 30 of my flights to Dublin or London get either delayed or canceled last minute The airport where travel excitement goes to die

Very bad airport
Very bad airport to small unfriendly staff the security control and the tray handeling is a nightmare The staff will literally scream on passenger to put their tray back I saw elderly passenger on complet stress because of the staff attitude The airport is dirty and old I am a shame of this airport at all levels being from Nantes

A one star review as it is not possible to leave less Reminds me of a bus station in Nairobi Fails to meet basic expectations of the travellers Toilets stairs waiting areas parking nearby hotels restaurants signage announcements are all substandard and could be reviewed as 0 - 1 star

Airport disinterested in customer service
It was difficult to drop off the care and go to check in with bags Check in was inefficient as there was one staff for many Security staff were so officious and extremely rude and yelled at us They disbelieved my knee replacements We will never go through here again

Filthy
Filthy dirty hovel Should have been replaced with a new airport as had been planned Even the little sparrows had their feet covered in fluff as they hopped all over the floor looking for food This airport is a disgrace to Nantes and France Do not visit the toilets in departures un less you like the smell of urine Going from the main hall to departures is like arriving in the third world No problems with the staff or the airlines Airport manager needs a wake up call

Awful experience
As bad as always Security check clearance are random and even as fast-track user I was denied access just because my flight was delayed The food court after security is small and you have no choises

Looks more like a temporary airport
Looks more like a temporary airport rather than a real one Some gates are not finished Hall 4 for example Inside some services are not working elevators not operating stairs closed Very small for the city of Nantes
