New alarm system Rapid response to my queries on a new

Rapid response to my queries on a new alarm for a family member Myself I find network security to be a good monitoring company We are awaiting installation so I will post results after that

Highly recommend

We have had monitored Network Security for a few years find them absolutely great Recently they came to do maintenance suggested updating our alarm at a very minimal cost we did Best decision we had Oliver do it he was friendly professional offered great suggests on where to put things was such a great clean worker

Easy to deal with great service

The lads were so polite and really easy to deal with The made an appointment for instalation but squeezed me in earlier due to cancelation to my delight Job was done in less than an hour and they fully explained the system Delighted with the service they provides would highly recommend Thanks again Michelle in meath

Had a great experience from start to finish From the first phone call everything was explained fully and all questions were answered Our engineer Johnny was lovely arrived on time explained everything he was doing before he started the job and went through everything before he left Would definitely recommend

It started with a call from Dillyn He went through everything Made the process so easy Arranged everything Any questions by email or phone he answered straight away Brian the installer called out today had great ideas on the installation did an amazing job went through everything with us we were delighted with the install So neat and tidy Highly recommended both Dillyn and BrianThanks again guys Joe and Donna

Malcolm installed our alarm He was punctual courteous and efficient and clearly instructed us on its use We had a few teething problems including accidentally activating the alarm The monitoring station responded almost instantly Overall we are impressed with the performance of this company

Had my Alarm installed today by Paddy from Network Security A professional job done explained everything his was going to do beforehand a very interesting and simple process very happy with the job done Talked me through the Alarm set up and unset left the house clean and tidy lovely man to talk to Cheers johnbrady

Highly recommend

I was so happy with the service fom the initial contact with Dillyn by phone to the completed installation by Malcolm Dillyn was so helpful and professional Malcolm was the Technician that installed the system He carried out a risk assessment and advised us on where we should put additional detectors and where motion sensors should be placed I didn t feel in any way pressured as he explained the reasons behind his recommendations Of course I set the alarm off accidently on day 1 and was very impressed with how quickly I received a call from the Control Centre I would highly recommend Network Security

From the sale to the install i do not have a bad word to say The guys we dealt with were kind and there was no trying to upsell for the sake of it either They give you what you need and they team had it installed withing 3 days of the order Would recommend these guys for your needs
