I m so glad by a staff that spoke to me today He is a good staff that can render a good service to customer all the questions was answered perfectly with soft tone good listening and respect and enlight me to what l didnt know before and all problems solved This company is amazing with good staff keep it up

Professional and courteous Firstly it was very efficient from the initial call to Network Security help line to the service call by your agent Chris Promptly checked all devices changed the batteries etc He was very professional and courteous Having text me the day before in advance of his appointment and again in the morning texting me of his due time Very reassuring I would highly recommend Chris and Network Security Cathy Armstrong

Excellent service

Excellent service I recently had reason to contact Network Security in connection with the installation of a house alarm From start to finish the service was excellent and it was a pleasure to do business with them The installation was done on the date and time agreed Barry the installer was excellent explaining everything in detail and was a gentleman

Excellent service provided

Was unsure how to use the alarm so gave Chaun a call got through directly no getting put on hold Was given step by step instructions on how to use the alarm while standing in front of the alarm Very polite guy friendly well mannered and ever so helpful also getting a copy of the user manual emailed to me The service is excellent I highly recommend using Network Security

The person on the phone was very helpful and today the engineer that came to install the alarm was very nice and chatty and knowlwdgable which I liked

Paddy called today and he could not be more helpful He put on 3 extra gadgets on patio door and kitchen and toilet window on the back of the house Unfortunately your camera was not suitable for us
