Worst Customer experience Feel that I Have Been Ripped OFF
Dec 2022 my service stop the same as everyone else Ordered and received one of their new Air modems at a legends discount and had to start a new account After I was billed in Dec 2022 for the old account I started calling and emailing them to get a return authorization to return the old equipment I was billed again in Jan and Feb 2023 on the old account plus being bill on the new account finally received a return authorization in Feb Shipped old modem back at my expense and was refunded only the billing for Feb Received a email stating that the old account was canceled New account stopped working on Mar 1 2023 I have left phone messages and emails with no response Receive email on Mar 14 2023 that my new plan was being canceled in three days Called and left messages with no response Mar 17 2023 check my bank account and found that they had billed me for 129 00 no notice from them If I can ever get in touch with them I will cancel everything

Abhorrent My service was disrupted for the month of December I asked for a refund and to cancel future services They charged me for January and have not refunded anything I am not working with my bank to dispute the charges Don t trust them

I haven t had service for three months
I haven t had service for three months I can t get customer service to answer my chats but they were prompt when they charged me for the router and service I disputed the charges on my credit card and was able to get refunded AND get payments stopped BUT the credit card warned me that they might continue to charge me under a different name so I needed to keep my eyes out for unrecognized charges I reported to Better Business Bureau and am hoping I can get somewhere I did hard resets moved the router to different areas of my house I even moved it outside since the customer service chat suggested getting better speeds How much farther outside do I need to be than my front yard I will tell ANYONE who asks about how bad Nomad Internet is If I could charge them for the time lost from my home office mileage to drive to the local public space offering free internet etc I would

Terrible Company if you need to cancel your service
Wish I had taken the time to read all the reviews before signing up but I was desperate for internet service Had 14 days to to try it for free Ordered it on 6 30 23 received it about a week later Tried it in every room in the house but didn t get good reception Requested to return on 7 19 and received RMA same day and returned same day They received in on 7 24 at 3 12 PM It is 8 16 23 and I have called 4 times They take all the information and always assure me I will receive an email the next day It s been 23 days and nothing no credit no email They even sent me a past due notice even though the account was set up for auto pay with my credit card and they hit my account on 8 3 23 when I had returned it on 7 24 23 They have been a nightmare

Triple billed for the same month of service The phone number is a non working number They will also only answer emails about cancelling service and returning equipment but not the fraudulent charges

Nomad is a scam
Claim to have unlimited and unthrottled data for 130 month After receiving the SIM card a few quick speed test showed it was heavily throttled at 7-8mbs exactly I asked to cancel my plan they said they couldn t cancel my plan until they received the SIM card back they do this so you can t use data for the remainder of the month that you already paid for after I sent the sim back they tried to charge me for another month of service even after I canceled and returned the sim All of their marketing is geared to elderly people who don t know any better Nomad is a scam

Decent internet Long downtimes HORRIBLE Customer Service
While nomad internet is working properly it s a pretty good service The issue is it s not always working properly Our internet has now been down for several days starting on New Years All we re told is to wait 24 - 48 hours each day we contact even though we already have They don t seem to care whatsoever The support is very vague and limited and there is not a working phone support number at the moment I ve browsed social platforms like twitter and it appears we are not the only ones with these issues I can not in good faith recommend this company to anyone else unless they can fix their issues People need their internet for work school and connecting with others yet this company is in no rush to fix ours Horrible experience

I would give it zero stars if I could Nightmare company It s an act of congress to get your account cancelled Hundreds of dollars wasted never mind the absolute absurdity of it all Don t do it you ll regret it Just take a look at what they ve done to people over and over on the Bbb website

Warning they will steal your money
Very shady crooked company that appears to be out to steal money The service does not work Speeds are too slow to be usable you can not actually speak with anyone all communication must be done by chat or email and they lie They constantly say that they want to make it right and will resolve the issue and refund your money if they can t Well almost 700 later no refunds it NEVER worked something I advised them from the day I received it and set it up and I was being charged for the service AFTER they received everything back FYI didn t get a refund for that either

If I could rate this a -10 that would be more than Nomad Internet is worth With so many complaints against them I will not go into the details The service was fair - While It Worked Once it quit working I contacted their chat support - got their usual spiel about getting it to engineering and response within 24 to 48 hours BUT NO RESPONSE OF ANY KIND Follow up contacts still NO RESPONSE OF ANY KIND Still no internet service from their router Buyer Beware
