How can we pay these energy bill increases when we were already struggling This will harm me and many of the people living around my area it will see children going hungry and pensioners going cold This is unfair when the profits made by the same companies destroying us are going waste in rich peoples bank accounts

Helping the government by bringing the country to its knees Apparently there to help with regulating fuel bills Well you certainly aren t doing that So why are you still even going as a company that can not fulfil your obligations Lies 12 per day gas disabled son and baby at home with gas bill 350 a month Getting into debt financially not paying rent and trying to afford Christmas Who is going to step in before people die through ill health or take their own lives through depression You need to change things and fast

Needs disbanding and CEO sacked

Disgusting organisation only there to line the pockets of the corporate energy giants How they cannot see their price cap failed after British Gas post 900 profits whilst kids go cold in winter is beyond me What are the Tories actually doing other than lining their own pockets If we ever needed anymore proof that this is not an inflation crisis it is a corporate greed crisis this is it If the Tories want to control inflation and halve it then control corporate greed Thanks OFGEM

Relentless bullying and harassment by Ofgem has left me in utter despair and distress There s absolutely no recourse to stop them as they have no peers 6 Audits and nothing found but still they keep coming at me Why is there no complaints procedure and why are they allowed to squander tax payers money without question Each Audit must cost fortunes and they request the same documents over and over

People ask What is the point of Ofgem Well they certainly don t protect the public from being ripped off with massive bills especially the standing charges on electricity What they actually are for is to give more of the governments mates well paid jobs Ofgem is just another establishment to fleece the public Why are we even paying to cover their mismanagement of letting opportunistic ineffective companies start up energy companies just to collapse and leave the public footing the bill Why don t the British take a tip from the French and sort this - we did it before with the Poll Tax Being British is such a let down and disappointment now a days

Very poor customer serviceThey have completely failed to answer my question as to why payments I have made do not appear on the bill The appeal system is a shambles Surely a second person should look at the complaint with a fresh mind I get the distinct impression that they cannot be bothered to do a fairly lengthy mathematical calculation and are taking the easy way out

Absolutely NOT fit for purpose so many struggling people getting extortionate fuel bills and this body was initiated to protect us from this type of theft scam Shameful company and makes me want to leave my once great country My fuel bills could fund a brand new sports car I m so disappointed and will probably never have my faith restored in Ofgem or the current UK Gov
