Rep and engineers are good
To start with the rep who came round Laura Fenning was helpful and friendly talked about what we would need didn t try to upsell me as someone with anxiety I felt in complete control and comfortable with the interaction Our install was done by Ashley and Simon who were friendly and professional kept us informed of everything that would be happening during install and with setting up the router and app usage Overall very happy with the people we encountered from ogi Service started immediately and they cancelled the old contract for us Will update if service issues occur but the people themselves deserved the 5 stars

Kyle Marcus turned up on a very wet day as planned They were polite and professional in their approach They explained everything that was going to be done and how They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves They ensured everything was connected working correctly and we had the eevo app on our phones before they left

Recent installation
Recent installation they rang and installed 2 weeks early Really old house they where very proffessional Id like to thank Simon and Ashley not only for the high standard of work they carried out but for being so understanding with my son who has autism They installed everything in a safe position and where really understanding with their tools and his sensitivity to noise Their patience was really appreciated

Ogi is a welsh company
Really nice to actually speak to a human Efficient professional and very helpful I switched over to Ogi when my old contract finished and its been the best thing I have done Easy to speak to them and they sort out any issues very quickly Ogi is a young company but they know how customers need to be dealt with professionally efficient friendly and excellent customer service

Very happy joining Ogi Nice friendly service over the phone to set it up and had Marcus Harvey do the installation which was done quickly and no mess Both very friendly and helpful Explained everything that was going to happen and helped me set up the Eero app and showed me how that works aswell

Friendly and efficient thank you Paige
Paige is brilliant Spoken via email a little bit before I placed my order and I took the plunge today to sign up It isn t often you actually have the option to email and speak to someone on the phone especially the same person but it really does give that personal service touch that you don t get often these days We may have to move the date depending on signing contracts for our new house but Ogi and Paige have been great at accomodating us with that and nothing is too much trouble Also answered the phone straight away Unheard of elsewhere

I received a leaflet in the post saying
I received a leaflet in the post saying I could move to OGI even when in contract with BT for a further period of time - I called them and a very helpful lady called Alexandra helped me migrate to the full fibre broadband which has saved me 28 pcm and I get a wifi extender foc too BT refused to let me downgrade pror to this to save money and now are trying to retain me as a customer but too late Great to have a Welsh based supplier too
