cracked my frame

cracked my frame i knew i had lifetime replacement on the frame but was scared Orbea got back to the shop quickly asked what new frame color i wanted and shipped it in a few day also covered the rebuild me and my wife own 6 orbea s and we get the same care for all of them amazing

Orbea is a great brand when you deal directly with them

Had issues with the paint of my Orca during and after the end of the warranty At the beginning tried to solve via the Orbea dealer - Probike Escapa - and had several issues due to the lack of care communication and professionalism of the dealer They are really arrogant and incompetent Escapa only cares about selling new bikes and horrible to service them you can check my review on them biciescapa Once we cut the dealer out of the situation and communicate directly with Orbea Customer Service Mr Kevin and Orbea Campus really great service and support from all of them the whole issue was solved I recommend Orbea if you deal directly with them and never via Escapa Orbea please be aware with this situation since there are not working in your best interest Thank you for your support and fast resolution of the issue you turned around a very bad experience into a positive one Really appreciated happy to recommend your brand
