Orona is not a company to trust with your lift This firm has a total lack of customer care and complete indifference to the discomfort caused to clients by its actions A call to Orona offices to establish when engineers will attend to a broken lift ended in them hanging up Leaving residents in our building with mobility issues stranded An astonishingly poor outfit

Orona No Customer Care
I wrote about Orona a few days ago We are in a new month and lift still not repaired A story of a part required from Spain was offered and a two week wait when we challenged this it turned out parts are in the U K And suddenly a part was found but still another week before it could be fitted All nonsense from a company that is not fit for purpose and has no Care for Customers The lack of parts as a Brexit issue is nothing short of a falsehood

Still not fixed
Over a week and still waiting to have the lift fixed at Marton Dale Court yet again still not fixed by Orona who refurbished the lift recently they don t appear to hold ANY spare parts hence the usual unacceptable delay leaving a few elderly stuck upstairs A very very poor service as you can see by the 85 1 reviews

The mirror in our lift fell of the wall it could have killed a small child turns out it was only stuck to the wall with double sided tape Now they want us to pay for a new one just unbelievable

No hope for this company
No hope for this company I would give them a minus 5 Star if i could They don t listen Servise is terrible The engineers on occasion do not report the problems properly and some of their supervisors dont give any support The engineer broke my lift and did not report it so my son has been in bed for 5 days He has serious health problems and would be unable to leave the house in an emergency The Manager dont seem to accept emails In my opinions this company should not be dealing with people

LYON COURT ROCHESTER TWO WEEKS TO REPLACE A SIMPLE CALL BUTTON ON THE GROUND FLOOR THEY TOLD ME THEY HAVE TO ORDER A NEW ONE IT TOOK 15 DAYS AND NUMEROUS CALLS CHASING THE MAINTENANCE COMPANY AND THE LIFT COMPANY I CAN NOT UNDERSTAND WHY IT TAKES SO LONG TO REPLACE A SIMPLE CALL BUTTON THEY DON T HAVE THEM IN STOCK A DISABLE PERSON LIVING ON THE FIRST FLOOR LEFT STRANDED ALL THIS TIME AN ENGINEER IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN CAME TO REPLACE IT AND THE NEXT DAY THE CALL BUTTON REPLACED WAS NOT WORKING AGAIN BUNCH OF INCOMPETENTS AND UNPROFESSIONAL ABSOLUTELY APPALLING THIRD WORLD SERVICE

This company are a disgrace they leave
This company are a disgrace they leave disabled people trapped in their own homes my brother is in a wheelchair he has cerabal palsy he s abusive when he can t get out 3 times in 5 weeks is totally unacceptable god help us if there s a fire we r on third floor so we will burn to death

Spoke to a man in Sheffield He was very helpful He gave me a number for their London office Of course they don t answer simply a voicemail option Not surprised most of the reviews are 1 star We too have an older relative marooned on high This is is a health and safety issue I do hope the directors spent Christmas alone and miserable

Unprofessional from start to finish Where s the engineer
This company has been given a contract by local council I am appalled at the lack of emergency to come fix my stairlift I ve contacted and waited for engineer to come fix the broken stairlift for 2 weeks now my daughter is a amputee and relies on stairlift yet there s no urgency to fix the issue from speaking to staff who answer the phone to being promised someone will get back to me never does Shame on you A disgruntled Bury customer
