Highly Impressed Satisfied

This was my first time ordering paint by numbers by this site and I can say I m highly satisfied The kits came packaged neatly and with everything needed to complete I was very impressed by quality of paint canvas and brushes I did have one issue with a kit being sent wrong but with the help of the customer support team I was sent a replacement in a very timely manner with new tracking information also I look forward to that and overall I am very impressed I ll be ordering more in the future

Always wanted to paint Kit arrived with everything I needed So excited Started to paint and the tension just slipped away as I worked on my canvas Absolutely loved painting and watching my Pop Art Girl evolve slowly before my eyes I painted her Loved her The service and contact with the team at Paint By Numbers was fabulous Definitely going to get another Thank you for a great experience Highly recommend Happy customer Vicki Sturt NZ

Great customer service

My original order was damaged in transit I immediately emailed the company Vanessa was extremely helpful and sent me a replacement at no cost to me The item arrived in tact this time and as promised The acrylic colors are so beautiful and included 4 paint brushes of different sizes for the more difficult narrow paint areas on the canvas I already started painting I m super excited to see the finished product

NOTE There is a legitimate paintbynumbers site and many of us have been ripped off by imposters posing as paintbynumbers To the imposters Would give zero if possible My wife paid for 2 air mattresses in May 2020 and in September we have not received nor have they responded to numerous emails Check other 1 star reviews this company is a complete FRAUD

This is the first time holding a brush

This is the first time holding a brush and paint indeed addictive Where I live lockdown due to pandemic extended and this Paint By Numbers occupies me Glad original picture of the painting itself is included in the package when we make a mistake just over brush it Thumbs up to who ever invented Thank you so much

I have purchased over 12 paint by numbers from this shop and all have arrived to Australia in reasonable time and excellent condition I love how this company has already framed the canvases making the experience so much easier Please be aware of fake sites that use the same name logo as I know of many who have been scammed check that you are actually purchasing from paint by numbers

I ve been learning a lot about painting with your kits Things like composition shading use of color and negative space I m learning how to paint water landscape and foliage I have three more I m going to do that will teach me even more Thanks for your assistance in my experience

Ordered 2 x paint by number sets and they came in perfect condition within 5 days ordered 3 2 and arrived 8 2 The canvas is already framed so I can start painting and just hang the finish product when done Yippee
