I want to give them 5 stars but with the amount of money i have spent on them one thing happens and you cant seemto get ahold of anymore it takes forever and after they get back to you and you look for a tracking now its seems like my account has been deleted

Their customer service is great

I received my painting pretty quickly which was a surprise Their customer service is great When the painting I received wasn t working quite right they agreed to send me a whole new painting

First experience

This was my first time ordering from this company after reading great reviews I received my order 3 weeks after placing it and the canvases came in perfect condition Reason not for 5 stars is that I ordered 4 canvases used the buy 3 get 1 free promotion but I only received 3 I have sent them a message so hopefully this will be sorted soon

Finally arrived

I received very quick confirmation that my order was shipped out a day or two after I ordered which was so encouraging However being in Canada my order was held up at Customs and then Canada Post was extremely slow to deliver PaintByNumbers did everything right But Canada Post was very very tardy with their delivery

Impressionist ElephantI am still working on this painting and so far I m loving it The biggest factor in choosing this company was that the canvas already comes on a frame which is making it easier to paint and it s ready to hang when I m done My only complaint is that some of the colors are really similar to each other and different from the original so when they are side by side they look indistinguishable making the final product a bit different from the original painting I also bought an extra super fine brush at Michael s to handle the tiny tiny little spaces Overall loving the product and I m enjoying sitting down every week to work on it

Ordered as a gift

There was an error when I placed the order and I emailed them 2 minutes after the order was placed to get it fixed It took a few days for them to get back to me via email but they did respond and fix the shipping address The gift is now on it s way to the correct address

My Lost PBN

I had ordered a PBN for my daughter and shipping showed it had gotten stuck in a post office states away The post office couldn t help but customer service took care of me and resent the piece We re so happy with paintbynumbers shop not only is the quality exceptional but the customer service is actually a LIVE person

Fantastic

Due to COVID the package ran a little late and I got worried since it was my first time ordering I contacted the company and they helped me track down the package and when it arrived it was in amazing condition The canvas is great quality along with the paint Everything is clear and they even give you varnish to finish off the painting once it s done which I thought was a really nice addition Overall great service and great quality product
