I ordered off this website a couple of weeks ago I messaged their customer service box on the website to see if it would be there for Christmas and they responded very quickly by email Jackie was incredibly friendly and ensured it would be here on time It arrived today and the quality is just incredible Would highly recommend

Awesome Fun Loving the impressionist Elephant It s my second one so far and will not be my last I will definitely go back to PaintByNumbers shop Elsewhere lost my order but I ve now ordered 3 paintings from this site and all have arrived quickly all the way to New Zealand They ve been great

Please be mindful where you buy The original is paintbynumbers shop meaning this one They are legit good quality and the canvas arrives on the frame already I have bought 3 paintings so far and love it My favourite is the green ballerina Their name got stolen and used by others that often scam I write this to help an honest company and hopefully they get even more choices for paintings

Great product Any questions I have had have been answered promptly - I look forward to buying from them again in the very near future The kit came exactly as advertised and I m looking forward to finishing it Lots of sites reported creases in the canvas but this once is already on the frame so it is perfect

Working on Painting 4 and Have 5 Ordered Love This Company

I have now ordered 5 paintings from this company and will continue to do so Even when one arrived with a small flaw in the canvas the company immediately shipped a replacement to me This is one of the many reasons why I tell everyone that they should order through your company Not only is the product amazing but the customer service is impeccable also Another friend ordered their first painting this week after my posting my latest on FaceBook I will continue to use praise and recommend this company Thank you

I ordered a paint by number canvas in

I ordered a paint by number canvas in April and it never was sent i reached out to Paint By Numbers for help in locating my package and during the correspondence it was determined I was a victim of fraud and the company used a very similar name to Paint By Numbers but in fact it was not then I then reached out to my bank who confirmed it was a fraudulent charge So thanks to the help by Paint By Numbers i was able to get refunded
