My paint by number came today after about 2 months of waiting I thought I had been scammed but it just took a while to deliver to Ireland

I get the impression there are so many different companies supplying this product all of which are essentially the same and different levels of customer service might be experienced My order also didn t come and I contacted customer service for The Inner Color and I had a very nice exchange and explanation from the contact and my Lion painting has now arrived So for customer service I would give a 4 or more for delivery time I would give a 2 or less so hence the 3 The package was fairly damaged but the product inside OK though the canvas is creased from where it was folded So I would say it s not a Scam but there are so many companies probably many just a person in their front room who is struggling to source and supply as everyone like me is ordering something they ve never done before to pass the time

So glad that the product finally made it here There was no information as to when the product was sent and a very big delay in costumer emails Only when i email and mentioned fraud Did some one get back to me with a reply I am very happy with the product and hopeful will order more

I Originally left a 1 star review as I though this product was a scam The tracking number never worked for my item and customer service never got back to any of the emails I sent At one point I was told it was delivered but it was not Found it on my front step the next morning The product is amazing though I haven t been able to stop painting So a great and professional product but no customer service and questionable tracking information provided

update 1 5 20 company agreed to refund my money or send a replacement order after the package was still unable to be found by tracking and considered lost Raised my review from from 1 to 3 stars based on them finally rectifying the situation This company is fine as long as you receive your order However if the order is lost all you can get is a cut and paste response see below After receiving this response I asked how long until a package is considered lost so I know when I can request a replacement or refund I never got an answer to this question and eventually received the same cut and paste response again I tried again but again got no where and received the same cut and paste response I will now be going to my credit card company in hopes of getting a refund since tracking says the package is still at my local courier for 4 weeks now Good day We apologize for the delays and late updates on your order Due to this current COVID-19 pandemic the tracking details are not updated on time We strongly rely on the postal system to deliver our orders to our customers and sometimes despite all our efforts there can really be unforeseen incidents that causes delays and we have no control over this Again we apologize for the inconvenience and we hope you d understand this

Originally I had thought this company was a scam as my order took months to arrive and any communication from them when I had enquired was an automated reply which did not address the problem However on discovering a phone number I messaged and within 24 hours my order was dispatched From that date it didn t take long to arrive and although the packaging could have been more robust I was happy with the order overall This company needs to address their communication with customers as it gives a poor reflection of the company and leads to misunderstandings This review replaces the review I had originally written

Great PaintbyNumbers shop Good customer service timely delivery I ordered 4 paint by numbers buy 3 get one free The PBN choices are beautiful The package is in a box so professional The canvas is already mounted on a stretcher bar which is nicely put together with smoothness and ready to paint so I thought however My plan was to showcase my canvas stretcher in an open floating frame To my surprise it was about 1 4 in off Not your true standard 16x20 in size and the cheapest custom frame on sale is around 50 I can hang the canvas as is even though it s a little on the thinner side not your typical thick stretcher bar Hobby Lobby sells the thick stretcher bars x 4 for all under 5 and they fit in a non glass floater frame I was surprised to find that the measurements were not the standard 16x20

Do not recommend the seller Mistakenly placed an order thinking it s local since no currency format was mentioned next to the figure of the order even in the receipt emailed to me - very dodgy Wanted to cancel just after placing the order since I was charged in a foreign currency USD a higher amount than expected to pay Sent an email to customer inquiries within few seconds 1minute I was charged asking seller to cancel the order and what happened They took their time to respond and said will try to contact logistics team about this After a long await with couple of emails sent with reminders almost every other day close to 20 days I was told its already shipped out of the country I was given the impression they were trying to contact logistics and I was assuming that is the reason behind the delay in reply It is amusing that a company takes that long to contact their logistics team and say they can t do anything seriously what s the point of having that team Anyway I enquired about how to return the order since I was very disappointed with their customer care and treatment up to that point I was given an address in Israel to return the goods not from where it sent or CA - again dodgy To send it by sea to that address in this pandemic would take close to 3 months and very costly closer to the order amount I was charged which is not refunded to the buyer Since there was no use in getting the order refund just to be charged another similar amount for shipping I was forced to keep the goods Hopefully I don t need to complain about the quality or any issues with the kits since the return also sucks same as cancellation Overall Poor customer service shady return policy No order cancellation 3 stars After the above review seller reached out to give a refund only for the amount charged extra in currency exchange which is a nice gesture I haven t started using the kits which I paid for and was forced to keep Fingers crossed they will look good

Arrived super quick in the mail the canvas is a great quality as are the brushes not the standard blue ones a little bit pricier but worth it for the quality Will be buying from them again

Everything went as expected got my parcel in couple of weeks Very high quality products compared to some other similar shops My emails were answered quickly as well Money well spent recommendations
