If you want a hassle and a fight to get your order then order through this business I have finally gotten my order after more than 3 months with emails and reviews posted to this site Thankyou trust pilot without this site many businesses can and will take advantage of you take your money and not deliver the goods If I hadn t of posted my experience on this site my order would never have been resent as they apparently lost the first order By the way package was delivered in the end just received it today I have not opened and have thrown it in the bin where it belongs I am so disgusted with this experience I no longer have any desire to paint or use this product Fyi I was asked on numerous occasions to delete my reviews which I did on my first one I had to post my second again as I was getting no answer from them Which strangely enough got a very fast response This is now my third and last review 0 stars

I never got my paint by number even though the tracker said delivered except to a different town so i had to file a claim with the post office i got ghosted by customer service once the postal service told me to ask if they were sure of the tracking number because it was sent and received by a company or something then when they emailed me to review my recent purchase i did except it wouldn t go through unless i gave a 5 star review

Wrong size frame a poor quality canvas look at comments in Facebook no customer service they say full refund no quibble but the just ignore emails they are scammers

I ordered a paint by numbers through paint vibes and I ordered it on January 3rd and today is January 24th and I m still yet to receive it I have emailed their support and I have yet to hear anything from them and all I m wanting is a refund I have talked to the local USPS courier and they do not know anything about the package no one doesn t know where it s at so I would like a refund Order 138013

I purchased 3 paintings and cannot finish 2 of them due to the paint running out I contacted support and was told they won t be sending out extra paint I was told it can t be shipped overseas however the item was originally and that their paints don t have any common names I was told to just find some at the craft store and it can be matched just by eye I don t think it s that simple when there are several similar colours Very disappointed won t be purchasing again Painting can t be finished Waste of time and money TLDR - ran out of paint company doesn t supply more

Would I recommend paintbynumbers shop Sadly not The first kit I bought from them was a complete disaster The colors looked nothing like the reference photo and I ended up discontinuing it after much hassle painting enough of it to tell it wasn t going to look anything like the reference photo It was a complete waste of money The second kit I bought from them was arguably better Below is my review of it Pros The brushes and paint are of good quality and the colors of the PBN were lush The frame is included and comes assembled which saves you the trouble of assembling one yourself Cons First of all their kits are quite expensive compared to other PBN websites Secondly the colors are much darker than the reference and most of the lighter colors require three to four layers to cover the numbers and lines As a result I ran out of several of the colors and when I wrote them about it I got a sassy No of course we always make sure there s enough paint making it sound like I was being ridiculous for even asking if I could buy more paint for my painting I ended up mixing colors myself out of the remaining other colors rather than buy a whole new kit like they suggested I should to get more paint waste of materials much All in all my experience with the kits - and the website in general - was far from a success however great the finished painting did indeed turn out

Original 10 31 Review I placed an order on 8 28 I still have not received anything as of 10 31 Asked what was going on 9 11 Heard back the following day that they are waiting for stock will take 3-4 weeks 10 9 I checked back again 10 23 to ask what is going on The following day I was told via email stock has arrived we are now sending out Here is your tracking number Exactly one week has passed since then Nothing has arrived When I use the tracking number on their site I get Tracking Not Found I am starting to wonder if this is a scam rather than just poor logistics and communication on shipping lead times Without a phone number to call someone and the support emails that are written by someone that spells punctuates like they are working in a troll farm Updated 11 19 The painting kits did arrive on 11 14 The products look good and late is better than never I guess The shipping stocking delays and lack of any updates until after repeated inquiries had me concerned that I had been ripped off I can understand delays due to stock but I expect more in terms of communication in cases like this

I ran out of several colors and contacted them regarding it They sent me and email saying they did send enough colors and they could not send more All they would do was give me a discount on a reorder which also would not have had enough of certain paints Bad customer service and duh - I never would have contacted them if they actually did send enough paint

I was told that I would get my order from 12-28 days and I ve been waiting more than 28 days now I have not had a shipping status for over 2 weeks now I have tried contacting them and the customer service was super nice but not very helpful I asked what the status of my order was and all they could say was that I should not worry because it will get there soon I just want to know where my kit is and if it got lost I want my money back

Took forever to deliver- never got back to my emails in a timely manner Was happy with the product when it finally showed up
