Very bad pizza Rip off

Very bad pizza over expensive taste like cardboard No phone number for customer service It s been two weeks and still waiting for a refund 98 Terrible service Stick to your local Pizza Hut and your local Pizza Shops

One star is for the refund We have used Papajohns for many years with no problems Unfortunately after waiting 1 hour for our order to be delivered I rang them to find out they had no driver to deliver our order and it was ready Asked me if I wanted to collect as no drivers available

That s the biggest scam website

That s the biggest scam website I m ordering from them because of my son and collecting points too helps me a lot in this crisis Twice I used my points when ordering and twice my order was cancelled but the points I used were never returned to me I called the store in Putney today the guy didn t even care what I was saying explaining to him Customer care score 0 actually below the 0 I asked who will return my points then he could NOT tell me as this on the website and has nothing to do with him Is that not same company you work for I m super confused

Super slow delivery Avoid Freezing cold food

Ordered pizza at 1612 After checking the app to see where my pizza was the app showed that it was still checking and cutting at 1718 At 1724 the app updated to show it was out for delivery at 1800 I phoned the shop twice with no response At 1815 I decided to drive to the shop as I was sick of waiting and was going to demand my money back as I got to the end of my street I could see a delivery moped approaching so I turned round 2 hours 10 minutes after my order was placed I received my freezing cold pizza and freezing cold side orders which we had to reheat I will never order again from papa John s and have now deleted there app Shocking standard of service

Ordered a pizza Pizza got transported standing up Got it delivered with a soaked box and all the toppings have slid off to one side Looks like pig s food I ve got the photos

DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY HERE

Ordered food had the wrong food delivered I called up to rectify the issue and was called a LIAR argued with refused to change anything about it and refused to refund me When I pushed for some form of recognition that this happened the store worker hung up on me mid-sentence and ignored their phone to stop me calling back

Ignoring resolver complaints even

Ordered a month ago and was sent the complete wrong order store hung up on me so went through resolver which they are now ignoring resolver complaints even though sent evidence and time stamps of issues Now will try to get money back from my bank to chargeback Jokes

Don t ignore spam mail

Please ask your leaflet workers to stop ignoring the no spam signs on letter boxes I have 5 flyers in my letter box in the two weeks I was away Your advertising is annoying potential customers and making them anti your brand and you are wasting paper It s a shame I can t upload the photo of all all the rubbish I receive from you

Just being honest it was not good Had Dominoes previous week and to be honest No comparison totally short of sauce which obviously made it taste dry Never again

Ordered vegan got chicken

I ordered vegan chicken bites and vegan pizza They delivered the food which said vegan on the side However they gave me real chicken which I ate I called the store and they said they d send me a new one then call me back to discuss a refund They did not call me back or give me a refund Not even an apology
