Absolute garbage ordered and paid Delivery was late as arriving with uber service Food was cold Restaurant doesn t want to know I called them not their problem it seems Uber Eats are useless So stuck on a Saturday night limited mobility shops shut and nobody wants to help Great well done guys excellent customer service

Never arrived and yet tried saying they had tried calling me but they hadn t and the buzzer had also not been rang either When I rang to ask why it hadn t arrived the owner was so rude and shouted at me And slammed phone down on me after just purchasing a 30 order I ended up having to leave to collect as wouldn t have got a refund or a new pizza By time had to go collect was cold and did not get any apology Honesty is the best policy

Let s just say I m so disappointed I order from here on a regular basis and tonight I decided to order the BBQ chicken and bacon solo meal A DRIZZLE of bbq sauce is quite sufficient and tasty a what seems like a WHOLE BOTTLE poured over is sickening can t eat it I have photos

Don t waste your money or time

Don t waste your time purchasing a pizza from Papa John in Norbury they re so incredibly stingy with their toppings from the cheese and tomato base right down to your choice of toppings all you can taste is the dough And this is despite suggesting in the politest way that it d be great if they could be more generous with their toppings We ve been there 3 times never going back there again it s a waste of time and your hard earned cash

Ordered a couple of pizzas online immediately realised had Ordered both the same Telephoned the store in Worthing and asked to change one she said no problem They arrived on time but both the same useless They just seem to ignore any attempt at giving good customer service I m sure I ll have more luck with another provider
