Philly Cheesesteak Pizza

Ordered the Philly Cheesesteak pizza Was really looking forward to it and had read some good reviews When it came it looked nothing like the advert I even checked the order was correct It was Tasting it was even more of a let down it was utterly tasteless I m not even sure how you could make a pizza that literally tasted of nothing But Papa Johns have managed it Texture was good well cooked just no flavour whatsoever

Slow

I did stop ordering for papa johns maybe for 7 years or so but I thought I d try again The app will say it s delivered now 17 minutes ago yet it s not Either the driver marks them as delivered whilst slacking off or it s papa John to make their service levels look better fudging the system The latter is more likely Very slow service

Does not worth the money

I ordered a large pizza and two sides Despite the taste was okay the pizza was very poor in ingredients The cheesy potatoes are frozen potatoes with a very poor quantity of cheese Nothing special Tha barbecue wings were 6 small pieces The taste was great The order was a delivery and the pizza and potatoes came cold I do not recommend this shop

Great pizzas extremely slow service

One of their restaurants in Aberdeen makes fantastic pizzas But you often have to wait an hour or even longer even outside the busy hours and you need a microwave because the stuff arrives barely lukewarm Complaints are ignored Every time I let myself be tempted by their tasty food I regret it when I have to wait endlessly and then need to get it all hot again

Don t buy the dough bites foul

The pizzas are actually quite good from our local papa johns and there s been no issue with delivery Our only issue is with the foul tasting margarine or whatever the heck it is that they put on the dough bites It s absolutely disgusting and they all had to be thrown in the bin What s the matter with actual butter or even better garlic butter I m sure it s used as it s cheaper than butter This may be cost saving for PJs but it s not cost saving for customers when the food is so foul it has to be thrown

Missed items no refunds

They forgot our dips and refused to get it to us even though we had paid and told us next time they would just give us a free one Meaning we d have to pay them for a whole new order and pizzas I know it sounds a little stupid but sometimes the dip ties the whole meal together so it s pretty disappointing to pay for something that doesn t turn up with no refund or fixing the issue

Ordered last month a basic delivery

Ordered last month a basic delivery pizza sides took over 1hr 20mins even though they are 20mins away Said they were very busy over the phone which is hard to believe as it was a Wednesday Exactly the same problem tonight as soon as my order went through I got a text to tell me it was delayed Will definitely be going with Domino s all the time now

Disappointed poor for price

Pizza dough is nice but they suppose to have proper sauce they put bbq sauce out bottle on i saw the chicken on but hardly any bacon little mini bits and the cheese was very sparing as couldn t hardly see or taste it Very disappointed compared to few years ago when had one last Could send a picture but there s nowhere to put one

Pizzas are nice but they changed the best thing which was the garlic sauce Now it s the same as Pizza Hut or dominoes so you might as well go there Unless you want to pay extra to get the original - nice little earner for papa johns probs why they did it

i love papajohns pizza but have given

i love papajohns pizza but have given up on them since they started delivery via bike as the pizza always comes cold ring the shop all the can do is offer me a replacement but will be delivered via bike and will be cold as there boxes on the bike are not insulated at all i used to get hotter pizzas from the store further away delivered by car before the one opened up in my town and are delivered by bike spoken to customer service many of times and they are not helpful at all they just say well we are sorry have this code for a free pizza next time
