Terrible experience

We have unfortunately had and are still having a terrible experience with Pergolux We have not received our pergola with glass doors which we have been waiting for more than four months They provide us with no information about when it will arrive and we get different answers every time we manage to get in touch with them According to the latest update it will arrive in two months which means six months after the order was placed We have requested compensation and they are offering 6 of the total price
