Very slow DBS check process through Taxi Plus They are charging highest amount for Enhanced DBS Check than all others But process is really slow Not recommend

So I ve paid for the enhanced DBS service to become a taxi driver in my home town as there is a huge demand for them I was told this service would take up to 2 weeks it s now in its fourth week and still nothing I ve emailed the correct department regarding this matter as I cannot not work without this had a response to ask what role and company is this for still no reply after answering the questions There is no urgency at all so if you are looking for a quick service I would use somebody else as this isn t worth spending 79 to not be updated or responded too Im still non the wiser to when I will receive my certificate Poor customer service

Applied on 4 September for enhanced criminal record check fee has been taken from bank account Rang the number given like the confirmation email suggests if I want to start the application straight away and left messages with my name number and reference Got a phone call on the Friday where I was busy so the advisor said she could email me the application with I agreed to I have heard nothing since and have again left many messages and emailed So far no response
