It s rare i feel the need to write a review but because of the fantastic service from this company i felt compelled to From the moment i spoke to the guy on the phone who talked me through every step of what would happen until the day we received the ashes back of our beloved cat our beautiful Beatty it was awesome Constant updates on the progress and she was back with us in only four days I can not thank Pet Cremations enough for making everything less stressful for us at such an emotional time I would 100 recommend this company to anyone thank you so much

The caring and sensitively of first the initial phone call and the officer ANDY who came to collect squirell squizz he used his name and talked us through the whole procedure with great patience And the gentle manner he used when getting ready to go I can t recommend them enough and was able to use clearpay to ease the cost THANK YOU doesn t seem enough bless you all Jennifer hand st6

We lost out little bunny just after

We lost out little bunny just after Xmas unfortunately and there where no vets open to take him in we called pet cremation They where absolutely amazing they came and picked him up the next day The gentleman who came to pick him up was so caring and just an absolute amazing Guy the whole timeMy buns ashes came back today in a lovely way I can not recommend them enough Thank you making such a painful ordeal a little easier to deal with You have no idea how touched we where

Wonderful staff

From my initial phone call to the staff arriving to collect my girl all the staff were amazing so caring and compassionate The process from booking to the final moments were made so simple and gave a dignified ending Thank you so much for the kindness you showed me and my dog I will never forget it

such an amazing company from the first phone call to picking our boy up we was keeped up dated the whole time on our fur baby s final journey until he arrived back home a massive thank you Louise Liam we would highly recommend to everyone

We lost our loving dog Luna on the 22

We lost our loving dog Luna on the 22 Dec I had no idea on how to handle her passing at home I found pet cremations on the web and called them immediately they then came out that afternoon to collect our dear friend the guy that attended was so caring and asked what happened and then went away and gave us 10 minutes to say our goodbyes After she had gone I had regular updates from Pet cremations on up dates I can not fault this service and it was so much nicer than a trip to the vets If you re thinking about using pet cremations then do

Would highly recommend A very compassionate company we were reassured throughout the experience given tracking details and the company was easily reachable over the phone over the phone they were kind and respectful remember my name treated us like individuals The driver to collect poe was so kind respectful and compassionate he asked questions about poe what bread he was what was he like offering us more time if we needed to say goodbye reassured us poe would be tracked with individual identification let my son ask questions and let him put a hand written note in with poe I was emotional but he reassured us he would be looked after and taken care of he showed compassion respect and was very polite

Thoughtful treatment and compassionate care

We were devastated when our beloved pet passed away He spent 16 years with our family and brought me and the children great joy As we mourned Pet Cremations became our rock We instinctively recognised a strong commitment to their thoughtful treatment They supported us fully during our grief making the journey bearable The process really helped to bring us closure
