Overwhelmed with emotion

overwhelmed with emotion after losing my son to brain cancer 2 years ago and losing my second son on the 8th of December then two weeks later my beautiful dog Lola passed away in her sleep we are all heartbroken and our lives will never be the same I found PET CREMATION UK online fantastic service told the driver my story so sorry for upsetting you were amazing and waited for my wife to come home to say good-bye to LOLA then I got a call from your office saying they are giving me a full refund and the cost was on them Lola was returned and now with us and I now shes running around with my boys thank you from Andre Christine THANK YOU

Spoke to Kev on the phone at 5am Had Coco picked up at 11am enough time to say my final goodbyes The driver that picked her up didn t rush us I even felt bad because I took so long to say bye but he was so gentle with her and compassionate to me Everything about the experience was so thoughtful thank you
