Five star service

Our beloved pet was suffering with a growth on her leg and the decision was taken that the best for her was euthanasia which we arranged We contacted Pet Cremation UK and the compassion shown was excellent We arranged the time of the appointment with them On the day the driver arrived early and told us no worries he would wait until we were ready This took place on a Friday and following on the tracker we received her ashes back the following Wednesday Superb service from a compassionate company

Amazing Kind and Considerate

I cannot thank the staff at this company enough I was a total loss when our beloved Missy died the gentleman that I spoke to was very patient and explained enverything that would happen The arrangements for collection were fantastic receiving regular updates as to when they would arrive to collect her further contact received later to confirm that Your companion is being cared for with respect and dignity

After loosing our beloved bunny the vets wanted to charge so much money for him to be cremated Pet cremation were more reasonable The care and compassion the gave was A From the gentleman on the phone to the man that collected our bunny Being able to see the step by step of his final journey was comforting knowing when we d receive him home We received our Bert home in a week in a lovely hessen bag and card 5 definitely deserved Thank you for caring

After losing my cat Milo I was devastated Pet cremation uk made were incredibly compassion The staff wer kind and respectful and gave us time to say goodbye They returned his ashes in a beautiful hessian pouch when Milo came back to us with his pawprint and fur clippings you could tell how much care they put into this They even sent a handwritten sympathy card later In the hardest moment they made it bearable Thank you

Wonderful company Turned up when they said they would Driver was very smart and respectful of our grief We recieved messages to let us know what was going on Nice packaging for ashes when they came back Can t recommend enough Thank you for making a hard day more bearable

Pet cremation were 10 10 Collected James same day even though I called at 4pm They squeezed me in Paid for paw prints and they gave me complimentary furr clippings I forgot to ask and it really made me realise how much they care The driver was kind and respectful Didn t catch the name of the person on the phone but like a lot of the other review he was a real gentleman Ashes came back in 9 days Was kept updated throughout the whole process Only thing they could have improved on was its hard to get a hold of them after 10pm but I was under the impression they were 24 7 But during the day they are really responsive Would highly recommend

My best buddy passed last Sunday after 15 5 years The pain is awful I found Pet Cremation online and so glad I did The service was excellent from first call in floods of tears to collection of my pal still in tears Received texts letting me know of progress and when I might expect his return He came home today Saturday with paw prints and sympathy notes I m still lost but Pet Cremation made the process bearable and I felt he was respected and cared for Thank you

My gorgeous dog passed away on Monday morning The man I spoke to on the phone was absolutely lovely They came very quickly about 2 hours after booking and phoning I ve just received my dogs ashes today just 5 days after her passing Incredible service and very compationate The driver we had was also incredibly kind and thoughtful Would recommend highly
