A small item was missing from my order I contacted customer service to see if this could be forwarded on Petmania insisted it had been packed In the end I agreed to drop the issue as felt i wasnt being believed Honestly Petmania you can do better than this

I expected post delivery as advertised on your site instead your co used GLSThey did not give time of delivery just date most delivery give a time slot Courier arrived n I had medical appointment so missed them n they left item in local shop causing me an extra charge having paid nearly 6e for delivery of small item No will not be buying from you again very bad value

No email to explain why only a partial order was dispatched also no return email from you when I asked why only a partial dispatchLike all food products these are essential items for pets if your website states they are instock when infat they are not the money just be credited back so an order an be done online elsewhere People order online who don t have a car

I ordered 2 bags of cat food on the 3rd December One bag arrived a few days later The other bag 10kg Long Hair Royal Canin was a special order since it is only ordered after purchase from Royal Canin it takes up to two weeks to deliver When I had received no update or delivery by the 20th December I sent in an email to find out if everything was alright I was assured that it would arrive before Christmas On the 28th I requested an update as I still had no tracking or delivery update It is now the 7th and I have been trying to contact them via email and by phone I have not received one email in response I have not had anyone answer the phone either There is no message or email stating a closing period I think it s ridiculous that I haven t been responded to or updated in over a week of trying and failing to hear back I feel afraid to order anything else now because what if I never get it Will I ever be able to get a response

The product I purchases fish tank filter failed to work and I emailed customer service twice and after 4 weeks I have still not received a reply This is my worst online shopping experience to date

I am extremely disappointed with what Petmania has become Petmania was the first store I shopped at when I moved to Dublin and I ordered from them a couple of times without any issues However my recent experience has been very frustrating For some reason they shipped my order to a previous address even though the email confirmation I received clearly showed the correct address I reached out to their customer service but Sean was extremely unresponsive I called several times but no one ever answered the phone It has become clear to me that their customer service is non-existent I am very disappointed and will not shop with Petmania again

Ordered on the 5th Was given a partial refund for the order but heard nothing about the rest of it I have contacted customer service twice and have yet to hear back from them Won t be ordering again

Ordered dog probiotics immediately got an automated confirmation our card was debited Fine but the order never shipped and our email query 2 weeks later went unanswered A week later I emailed to cancel the order that wasn t answered either Finally had to call their customer service number Was told they were backlogged and would cancel my order then there No apology Fingers crossed the refund arrives

Abysmal customer service Ordered a 10kg bag dog food on 13th of january Got an email on 16th saying order compete and that it had been shipped no tracking number 10 days later and still no sign of the food In the meantime have had to buy two smaller bags of the food to tide us over until it arrives Sent an email on 22nd of January to customer care and still haven t received a reply I called the customer care line and it rang out to voicemail Have left a message and awaiting a reply I notice their website now has a message saying expect delays due to Storm Eowyn wonder what the excuse was before the storm as I have been waiting since long before storm eowyn for a simple order to arrive We have been shopping in petmania since we got our pup 6 months ago and the in store staff in Santry have always been very helpful - its a damn shame the online store is not fit for purpose Absolute joke Avoid ordering online at all costs

Petmania received my return but has yet to refund meI purchased hypoallergenic food from Petmania for my dog who became violently ill after eating it and had to be taken to the emergency clinic This was an unusual reaction so I contacted Petmania to inquire about potential contamination of the product They asked me to send over the vet s notes which I did After several back-and-forth emails they arranged for a courier to pick up the food I waited for the first half of the day as they couldn t provide a specific pick-up time Weeks passed without any updates regarding the case or a refund I followed up and was told they had been very busy but they promised to get back to me After more weeks of no response I contacted them again only to be informed that the person I had been dealing with no longer worked there Months later I reached out to PayPal to open a case only to find out that I had missed the 30-day window I still opened the case but was told it would be a more difficult and complicated process This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional Ultimately I paid for a product that I do not have Ultimately I feel scammed and will never again do business with Petmania
