Tray arrived damaged Managed to repair but not happy

Delivery was very long

You appear to have stopped carrying the larger items of wet food for cats

it was to long for the order to arrive and there was no click and collect in wexford

Delivery too late in evening and not within specified time and did not sign for consignment

Our puppy had his first grooming session today On arrival everything was fine and a good reception 1 and a half hour later we went to collect him and when we arrived all seemed fine and we were welcomed with the compliment about our puppy The staff said that he had been soo good behaved and very well mannered But then the moment we saw him we were devastated We had agreed to have our puppy being given a cut in between the Puppy Cut and the Summer Cut The way our puppy was groomed was neither one or the other The groomer had to take him in twice as we were not at all happy with the way he was groomed All over his body there were very unevenareas The upper part of his hind legs had the back of them shaved off right to the skin and some of them cut terribly uneven Where the tail leaves the bod there was a bold part as if itaccidentally was cut into The hair around his face was also cut very uneven This was by far the very worst grooming experience by a mile and I will not be going back to this establishment in the future

Ordering was easy but your courier company GLS have a lot to be desired

You were fantastic but your delivery partner was useless Took 3 days for them to reply

I am missing items from my order and I ve emailed to ask about getting them to which I ve gotten no reply

I cancelled order for the 13th of October and replaced it with scheduled order for every 12 weeks beginning on the 29th of December 2024
