Disapointed

I bought 3 multi packs of collards tinned dog food the box they were delivered in was undamaged but 6 tins were badly dented and 2 tins were opened and had spilled inside the box

The order arrived quickly so that was good I needed to exchange it though when I went to a store I was told they d request a refund to be processed in a week or so and in the meantime I d have to pay for the new product Not a great customer experience in terms of process

The click and collect system is not

The click and collect system is not great When filling out the forms it asks for your address as though you re getting it delivered It was confusing because I knew I pressed click and collect The reason I ordered online is because they couldn t find the item in store to sell to me When I was in today the staff member said they do have the item but it s always hard to find Other than the staff being nice it was a bit of a crappy experience

Irish customers getting ripped off as per usual

The product I bought 7 dry dog food is 84 99 here in Ireland but is only 58 99 in the UK which is almost 25 higher Its not the VAT difference between the 2 countries as Packaged dry dog food in the UK has VAT As usual we get ripped off her in Ireland

Took far too long to process the order Shipping time was good however I just about had enough food for my rabbit Ordered with 5 6 days of food left but it took 2-3 days for the order to go through then another 2-3 days delivery time Cut it far too close to arrive to the door Buy well in advance to avoid any delays Also received an email after purchasing about finishing the order process and saving 10 This I saw 2 days after my purchase so i got a fright thinking my order didn t even get placed Thankfully it had but there was no need in asking me to complete the purchase to make the savings Should just be the discount towards your next order to avoid confusion

Bought a 50ml of drontal puppy for 35 euro approx and found the same 100ml bottle in Ireland on a different site for same price Too expensive but delivery was good

Couple of orders from your online shopping access Delivery takes a while My last order I placed was for 5 boxes of gourmet gold double delicacies only received 4 a week later and I m still waiting for the rest of that order Not impressed even after sending 2 emails no reply as yet

I ordered a dog poo catcher for my son

I ordered a dog poo catcher for my son who was dog minding my 2 dogs for 2 weeks over Xmas I ordered it approx 3 weeks ahead and gave all details and postcode it never arrived I followed it up in Jan and eventually it arrived but I was let down When I ordered it online I was told there were 3 in stock so this was poor customer service

Very unhappy that my items I bought has

Very unhappy that my items I bought has not arrived when I purchased on line last Tuesday to find out your using GLS as a courier I should have recieved the mpet treats before Friday you need to find out what s the delay with the courier At least with DPD they would deliver before the weekend I won t be buying online again from online pet mania 7 days on and no items to show for it
