If you need pet insurance this company is simply the best for your pet nobody expects there pet to get seriously ill or injured but they give you really peace of mind

Never had a problem with Petplan

I have been insured with Petplan for 7 years now never had an issue always paid within 5 days To the people moaning about the cost of the policy remember you get what you pay for Petplan have a steady increase each year whether you claim or not Also pre existing conditions are not covered by 99 9 of insurance companies pet insurance is not the same as car insurance

Recently we made a claim for one of our dogs The claim was as usual handled quickly and efficiently by both our vet and by Petplan We paid the vet our excess and they and Petplan did the rest We have used Petplan for all of our dogs over a period of some I would say at least 35years and have never once had a quibble over a claim We have complete faith in Petplan that when one of our pets is ill all we have to worry about is them being restored to health and not the financial implications I would thoroughly recommend anyone with a pet they love to insure them with Petplan

Amazing service

First time I ve ever claimed for my pet She went in with vomiting and it cost 1000 for her to have tests as the vet thought she may have eaten something like a stick which may have got lodged in her tummy The vet submitted the claim for us and 48 hours later Petplan emailed to say that they had approved and paid our claim It was such a huge relief to know it had been approved The process was so quick and simple Thank you petplan I ll definitely be staying with you and your amazing team
