Making a claim was so quick and easy I received a text message telling me that the claim had been received on Thursday my vets had sent it Wednesday Then without any hassle or problems I had an email on Friday saying that you would pay the claim in full Petplan is so easy and reliable and pay the claim quickly without causing any issues Petplan Privacy Notice

Teddy our Pom Pug I can t thank you enough Petplan for dealing with my direct claim to my vets We are 5 days away from Christmas and lucky for us my vets got our beloved dog in within a week that quick to have his knee surgery it has broke my heart to see him in so much pain and struggling to walk We have had a pet claim before but this time petplan you have been absolutely amazing so quick response and made it so much easier for me being such an animal lover and taken the worry away Thank goodness I use you for my pet insurance for your quick caring service

Rescued our Christmas

Nala is our first pet all we wanted was for her to be better and back to herself No-one really understands how expensive it can be when your pet needs treatment But thankfully our vets was able to claim straight through PetPlan meaning we only worried about an excess fee everything else was taken care of It was all done speedily and genuinely we didn t need to do much at all We provided our vets the policy details that was it I know from word of mouth other pet insurances are not as easy as this was All we had to do was focus on our sweet girl whilst PetPlan handled everything else with the vets How can I not rate them so highly Saved our Christmas as well as our most important family member Thank you so much
