The Petplan team are extremely efficient I have a rescue dog who has had some very serious health issues Itmay be a little more expensive but I would never go anywhere else for my pet insurance as it is cover for life not just until they are 8 years old They deal with everything seamlessly Thank you Petplan

Excellent company All insurance companies should take a leaf out of pet plans book when dealing with claims Totally easy and hassle free to claim The vets completed the relevant information to pet plan about my claim and it was paid within a few days

Our little Cockapoo was taken very ill

Our little Cockapoo was taken very ill recently We attended two different vets practice s one out of hours and then we were referred to a vetinary hospital At times we were sure we would lose him but after a full two week course of antibiotics the bacterial infection relented and now he s back to his normal self Petplan were magnificent all the way through the process They advised me step by step which took a lot of the stress away and gave us the time to concentrate on the important matter of getting our dog well again Thank you Petplan I just had to put into words our sincere thanks

I would not use any other Pet Insurance

Petplan has provided a very positive experience for the 15 years we have been with them I could not have asked for the process to be more efficient Our vets were happy to deal with them as well Our cat sadly had a heart murmur and the petplan insurance was extremely helpful with his care over the years until he passed away recently The only time I ever had an issue was trying to add a second pet to our policy and the complaint process was very efficient and with excellent communication and feedback
