Peace of mind knowing that pet plan are extremely efficient at paying the claims my vet put s forward It is such a relief that pet plan is there for me and my pet

Pet Plan are amazing

Pet Plan are amazing I was so worried about my 14 month old pup so it was great that the experience of making an insurance claim was so straightforward and payment was made so quickly it meant I could just focus on my dog I ve been with other insurance companies with previous dogs but I ll definitely stick with PetPlan now

Very smooth and supportive service

I have had the most dreadful time with my poor little dachshund She had surgery in September for IVDD and has had 3 further bouts Still on crate rest and it has been very challenging Petplan have been amazing throughout The claims go through really quickly and efficiently and without question Also unlike with most of the cheap insurance companies they haven t hiked up my price by a ridiculous amount Yes it has gone up but it is well worth it for the reassurance that if we continue to have problems they will sort out the payments for me Thank you Petplan

Ease of claim for my cat

I ve had my cat insured with Pet Plan for over 10 years and have never made a claim to date When Calvin was unwell recently it was quite a shock the treatment provided by our vet got him back to his usual self We discussed a claim they handled the process from start to finish Pet plan communications were clear kept us updated with each stage of the process

Very good Company

When you are anxious about your pet when they are unwell it is imperative you have peace of mind regarding the costs Having been with Pet Plan for over 9 years I am extremely pleased with the way they handle claims and queries Although quite expensive I am happy to pay the premiums as they deal with them quickly and efficienty

Toots pet plan

Ive had pet plan since my dog was born over 6 years ago and has many health issues allergies deformed bones and skin issues pet plan has covered so much she can even get acupuncture lazer and physio Down side is i pay 73 a month and the first 100 each year for skin problems 100 each year for her bones etc however when i add it all up im still cheaper with pet plan who have covered very expensive allergy testing as well Would highly recommend them

Excellent service

I m very impressed with the speed with which our claims have been dealt This is a continuation claim and we changed mid-claim from claiming for re-imbursement to ourselves to direct to our vets and this was handled seamlessly I really appreciate the text to let me know that our claim has been received and is being processed plus the wording of the text is lovely - it talks about our poorly pet which I believe demonstrates empathy as opposed to just being transactional I have nothing but positive feedback for PetPlan and share this information with friends colleagues who know we have had a number of claims over the years with Marty Thank you for your support
