Peugeot make tough reliable cars

I bought a Peugeot 7 years ago and have always received excellent after sales service from those at Perry s Peugeot Ayelsbury and cannot fault the team I have always returned to have my car serviced and repaired by the team at Ayelsbury as they are so personable friendly and happy to help They all always go the extra mile to ensure it is a smooth experience In particular the service manager Peter has always gone above and beyond what is expected from him and has always been super efficient and helpful in ensuing any car problems I have had through wear and tear are fixed to a high standard Peter and the team always make you feel like you matter to them and the customer service I receive is always at a very high standard I don t normally write reviews but just feel that the work done and the service provided at Ayelsbury deserves a mention and would recommend anyone looking for excellent customer service and help with their car visits this branch

I bought my 1998 406 diesel estate in 1999 from a Peugeot dealer whose workshop manager s car it was For ten years or more I used it regularly to drive from London to different parts of southern Europe And I still make trips three or four times a year to Paris Its had two minor accidents one needed a new headlight bumper grill and radiator Apart from that only normal wear and tear parts have been replaced Initially I used Peugeot service but after a few years I use a local service place for MOT and servicing It s parked on the street seldom washed but serviced regularly It s reliable comfortable with A C radio electric windows central locking etc all working well If diesel was not now a dirty word I could see me hanging on to the vehicle until it s 25 as it does everything I want it to They re tough cars I understand why there are so many used in Africa

Excellent service

I had servicing and MOT today on my 9 year old Peugeot 207cc I requested it to be picked up early so that i would get to work on time and to be delivered back home late because of meetings at work that i had to attend They did exactly what was requested They also sent me a video of the repairs that they were doing and offered me a cheaper fix option - they offered to replace one tire but i decided to replace both rear tires Excellent service above my expectations

My husbands taxied is Peugeot went in to garage for repairs on Thursday Friday still no phone call phoned had not been looked at phoned Saturday to be told they had looked at it part was ordered Friday no part then Monday came no part then Christmas Day closed till Thursday 400 hundred pounds on rental car see if ready Thursday or more costs for rental customer service disgusting garage treatment off customer terrible never put another car or van in there garage again

We have just returned from having some extras fitted to our 2008 Allure - the staff at Peugeot today were exceptional from booking my car in with the service department this morning to collection this afternoon Having had a shaky start with them I now must say we are extremely happy and have no hesitation in recommending Robins and Day in Morden Thank you Peugeot for listening
