I have just had an oil and filter change at 06 Ormskirk Excellent service The gentleman on reception is extremely polite and helpful I requested my car was done as soon as possible and it was ready in the hour This is not the first time I have used this garage and get consistently good service I would recommend them to anyone wanting a service Thank you

Excellent customer Service Took my car To Robin s Day Hayes branch today for fixing my car I was helped my Mr Chris one of the customer service Desk and they did diagnostic find out the problem and explained to me the costs and all the payment options I have I received another call by 1 40pm to say my car was ready and completed very impressed Excellent customer service and will recommend my family and friends Thanks Robin s Day Hayes

I took my car for service and also had a notification on the dashboard on the 23rd April 2020 at the Wimbledon Robins and Day As a key worker it was important I needed to keep my car in good working order Stan and Ubhi were really great very professional but with good humour in this very unusual times I just want to say a big Thank You to both of them

I have always brought my cars from Vauxhall Durham and have recently brought the grandland which I love All staff are so nice and friendly and always happy to help especially Steph who always goes the extra mile to make sure I m happy with everything and she makes great coffee too haha would definitely recommend anyone wanting a new car to pop in they are a lovely bunch in there and go above and beyond

Vauxhall is amazing and built amazing cars from the 80s thoughout the 00s people complaining because a part on their 10 year old zafira isnt really something that vauxhall should be rated bad for things like cars wear out this depends on how the car is used and how far it travels dont complain that your headlight broke or that the aircon stopped working or the cluch wore out because it traveled 160 000 miles

R D Vauxhall Croydon I purchased a Mokka-e from Vauxhall in Croydon recently I had a amazing experience from start to finish The customer service I received from Ray was up there with the best All my questions were answered swiftly either by phone or email I was also able to test drive the mokka-e 3 days after they opened after lockdown The after care has been just as good too so far But I must say I m a happy customer I would recommend Croydon Vauxhall even if it s for a look

Have always had a good experience when speaking to Vauxhall direct they have always been polite and helpful and assisted in dealing with a fault i had on my 2018 insignia which was carried out by my local dealer offered courtesy car while my car was in garage after a couple of visits the issue was sorted and all done under the warranty my local dealer can be a nightmare to contact but always pleasant and helpful
