Very bad do not rent from them They are rude provide poor service charge you for unnecessary cleaning and are very bitter when you move on so charge you 50 to provide reference Stear clear of them You ve been warned

If I could give 0 stars I wouldSaw a property yesterday which I was very interested in asked to see the contract before handing over a deposit I asked for a day to look over the contracts I phoned the guy that showed me round called Sam Giza I wanted to ask a few questions about the contract including asking if the property has a licence to be a HMO What is the definition of the Property it should be just the room that I am responsible for and a lot of other things were a bit strange with the contract that I wanted to clear up I was then rudely interrupted while asking these questions with do you even want to rent this property I really liked the property and wanted to put a deposit down that day after all the questions were cleared up but after that rude comment I wouldn t want to live in a house managed by a company like this

Absolutely rude and unprofessional staff Had a very unpleasant experience If you have a choice please go to any other agency especially if you are from outside UK

Awful horrible and disgusting property like their agents

The worst letting agency I ve ever rented through Coming into the house whenever they want with no notice INCLUDING during covid isolation time when nobody could leave their homes they would be doing trips between houses on the same day no mask no gloves Treating tenants like children not listening to the issues raised looking through tenants cupboards in the kitchen with no permission to go through personal belongings ignoring serious utility issues in the house leaving 6 tenants without washing machine or dryer for over a month with an advise of wash by hand Slamming every single door they walk through disregarding tenants right to quiet enjoyment and what s the funniest - throwing away tenants property without permission AVOID AVOID AVOID On top of that they proposed a rent increase of 125-150 a month Absolute joke of an agency unprofessional and rude the handyman could do so much better if they at least watched YouTube videos of how to fix things Useless

Poor service provided during my tenancy

I have contacted this company by telephone and email for follow ups on 3 different properties On each occasion the company promised that somebody would follow up on my enquiries In spite of many follow ups the response from this company was ZERO If I could give them 0 stars I would do so The date I mention below is just 1 instance of their failings

I had seen poor reviews for this company and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt All of the things the bad reviews had said were confirmed when I moved in A profit-hungry agency which does little to care for its properties or tenants is how I would best describe it Both my housemates and other people I know renting through them say the same thing They take advantage of the lack of supply of rental accommodation in Reading and resultantly exploit customers who have no other options Very poor response time to issues and repairs lie about the condition of the property hidden charges and extra costs involved attempt to overcharge for everything An awful company They need to realise that their actions are immoral and the wellbeing of their tenants should have even a remote amount of priority in their business Do not recommend unless you are absolutely desperate

The maintenance guy who does their work damaged my property and nobody will reimburse me but of course pillar properties were quick to try and jump over my deposit when I left Haha comically evil company
