Be aware of your deposit

When I was finishing my tenancy with Pillar Property I understood how bad the letting agent could be You will have no say whatsoever in the deductions they make against your deposit They will not show you any bills that account for the repairs they charge you Be aware and negotiate your deposit

Dont trust these scammers they will take you for as much as they can at the end of your tenancy Aboslutely awful company and terribly maintained properties

Used Pillar as they seemed really cheap Little did I know they took advantage of both me and my tenant Overcharged for small fixes and took all the security deposit They didn t even know that the tenant had left weeks ago Charged them for turning off the utilities I think they would make any excuse to charge the tenant and also the landlord If you use them get their true pricing

With this company for 12 months and was left very disappointed Poor communication from the agency and was unsupported throughout my year Pay a high premium for an average property poor management from Pillar Properties Would not recommend to anyone

I have lived in one of Pillar Properties rooms for 2 5 years The rooms are modern and the staff were very prompt dealing with maintenance issues Justin was especially friendly in my experience I also met a lot of young people in the course of living there Some friendlier than others On the whole I would recommend renting from Pillar However it is important to remember that this is a business for them Read your contract carefully as they will hold you accountable for everything Straighten out any gray areas from the start I e what constitutes wear and tear and get them to put this in writing before signing agreeing No matter how good a tenant you are there is no leeway with them on anything Fundamentally it boils down to money and that became increasingly obvious - particularly towards the end of the tenancy Moving out was stressful However I respect their desire to ensure the properties are kept in a good condition

Very helpful professional Apartments were immaculate and done to very good standard Sam was very patient with all my indecision in choosing the right place I would highly recommend Pillar Agency

Would recommend these guys

I found myself needing somewhere to live during the start of the pandemic These guys were so great at getting me moved in so quickly The property I lived in was one of nicest houses I have lived in clean and very new looking Overall good letting agents They always sort out any issues very quickly I would use them again in the future

Great Agency Amazing People

I recently moved out after being a Pillar Properties tenant for a year and I would totally recommend them to anyone Both the admin and maintenance teams are excellent and all our issues were resolved quickly The house was cleaned thoroughly every two weeks as stated in our contract Special thanks to Ivan who was always there when we needed help
