I found no issues with Pillar Properties in over 2 and a half years of experience with them Did not feel the need to move once and would still be living at the same property had I not jumped on the property ladder They were responsive to any issues with the property and adaptive to changes in circumstances Seemingly small team but they cover a lot of ground Very happy with the service would recommend to all

Top quality rooms and service

I couldn t recommend Pillar enough I rented two properties for over 2 years with them Sam was always super helpful and quick to respond to any issues even at weekend and in the evenings Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a shared professional house

Extremely happy with Pillar properties

It was my first time in the UK and Reading starting Jan 2019 and I was fortunate enough to have found Pillar properties After just 3 or 4 viewings I finalised a quality ensuite room that I was extremely happy with thanks to Sam Guze from Pillar - he understood what I needed to a T and showed me rooms accordingly For the next one and half years while my tenancy was being managed by them I saw how professional punctual and helpful they were I especially want to call out Sam Guze who went out of his way - at least thrice as far as I can remember - to help resolve difficult situations for me Way to go guys and all the very best
