Working with Pillar Properties and more specifically Ivan was such a reassuring experience Ivan was very professional listened to my concerns and what I needed in my property search He was accommodating and flexible when I asked to view another room on the day and demonstrated excellent customer service Ivan was knowledgeable about other tenants and the properties he was responsible for and it was evident that he is passionate about matching the individual to the right property paying attention to detail The admin team at Pillar Properties has also been incredibly quick and responsive during the vetting process A very positive experience after being out of the renting scene for a couple of years so I m very grateful to Ivan and Pillar Properties
