Excellent service

Took the gamble of going with a smaller company for a fibre to the premises connection and so far couldn t be happier Pine Media are cheaper than all the rivals 20 mo at time of writing and about the same price I was paying for normal broadband Their service has been infallible helpful and flexible and I highly recommend

Recently moved over to Pine Media purchased online and installed the next day Engineer was helpful fast and tidy work Internet speeds have been great really pleased Using the Plume and Homepass combo is great Highly recommended

Pine Media has great customer service

Pine Media has great customer service and has been very quick to help me get set up moving into my new flat The only thing that can be faulted about their service is the fact the building I am in does not support their Plume routers but is made up for by having credit added to the account if you use your own router The speeds offered by them are excellent and are at a fraction of the price compared to the main ISPs

Mad good

When I first moved into my new flat I was a bit down that I couldn t find any fibre providers so I opted for ADSL from a different for the sake of this review let s just call them MinusNet I was advised I would have to wait for two weeks until my broadband would be connected On my way into the flat I noticed a flyer for Pine Media so I thought I d give them a call No word of a lie I had my new 100mb fibre connection up and running in like 20 minutes it was mad never seen anything like it 10 10

Here s to humans in customer service

I was despairing at the service and stability I was provided by TalkTalk My sister recommended Pine Media and they have been great There was an initial back-and-forth on installation but when I had questions about this they had real humans to speak to novel these days and all the answers I needed So far the broadband stability has been a big improvement so is has been worth making the switch

The best broadband I have used

I move properties a lot have changed internet providers a lot and have seen the nationwide issues with internet providers The fact I personally hadn t heard of this company made me reluctant to take a contract but the reviews were glowing and the price was more than agreeable for the high speeds at offer I m glad I took the risk as not once in the past 18 months have we been let down Reliably quick speeds which have allowed our household to work from home stream Netflix and game online all at the same time with no hinderence to speed I m hoping the internet in my next property can be provided by Pine Media too

Great customer service

We are using Pine Media Fibre to the premises option They were and continue to be super helpful at all stages of installation and set up I can not recommend them enough We had a small issue with our install damage to the fibre line and it was sorted out incredibly quickly with no fuss at all at all times working around what was best for us I can t wait to start using the connection to its potential which is amazing value I cannot wait until they are able to expand into my housing area so I can ditch Virgin Media asap

Customer Service is second to none

Customer Service is second to none I had a response from a Technician within 5 minutes of contacting them via their website Impressive at the best of times but it was 9 o clock at night A fix was applied within 10 minutes with an offer to follow up directly with the 3rd party should the issue persist Couldn t have asked for anymore
