Giant Palm from Wowcher personally I had no problem so much so i purchased a second one It was a foot shorter than advertised but that s ok

NEVER BUY a pair of tricolour hibiscus

I bought a pair of tricolour hibiscus trees very early in the spring and when I received them they looked dead They wanted me to send pictures which I did and photoed a scratch test They have said it takes a while for them to wake up but these are definitely dead as after 4 months there is no life and no reply from plant store SHALL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN

I ordered 2 washingtonia plants last week then I read the reviews about how bad there plants turn up this wasn t the case for me delivery kept me upto date My plants arrived in good condition no problems at all very please with my order and service

As Described-Arrived in good condition

After reading reviews on here I got ready to refuse it from the courier I checked it when he did arrive and told him to wait Everything was all good and as described Bought from wowcher and took 6 days to arrive This was an XXL canary palm Needed watering and repotting but apart from that a good healthy tree

Full marks to all concerned

Having ordered 2 Salix trees and then read the reviews on Trustpilot I was convinced I was going to receive and then reject these plants in fact I had resigned myself to this probability However just this morning I received an e-mail from Wowcher advising my plants were out for delivery sometime soon Two hours later they arrived delivered by a friendly chap and in a tall cardboard box some 4 5 feet tall I slit one end of the box and lifted it off the plants and finally revealed - two completely undamaged and very healthy Salix Absolutely delighted with the service I received and the plant s condition These will be dug in later today and I am confident they will thrive in their new home Full marks to Plant Store and their delivery driver Many thanks for surprising me

Superb Plants

So credit where credit is due I ordered 4 giant cordyline australis verde via Wowcher The plants arrived before they were due All 4 plants are 5 foot bottom of pot to top of the plant all 4 plants are in excellent condition and were well packaged It s a shame I can t upload some pictures

Buxus shrub wowcher deal

I ordered two buxus shrubs in pots through wowcher The order was easy they arrived in the time frame given and were in super order when they arrived and very well packaged They are lovely and an absolute bargain Would definitely order again The only negative was I had to drill holes in the bottom of the planters but it only took two minutes

Superb Christmas Tree

Having ordered a Christmas tree on line for the first time I became concerned when reading other customers reviews I contacted the Plant Store and received very prompt responses to my contacts and assurances that the tree would arrive within the specified time slot I was pleased when it did arrive and even more pleased when I was able to put it up in the house It has certainly exceeded our expectations and I would be happy to order from them again
